Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the home features a private swimming pool (approximately 4 feet deep), hot tub, outdoor shower, and covered lanai with a gas BBQ grill—perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. *Optional pool heating is available for $950 per week with 24-hour advance notice.

Inside, the spacious main living area welcomes guests with vaulted ceilings, tropical décor, a large plush sectional sofa, a desk working area, and an impressive 85” Smart TV.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, and Keurig, while the adjacent dining area provides the perfect gathering space for shared meals and family time.

The main level features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The expansive Primary Suite includes an Eastern King bed, sofa, Smart TV, spa-inspired en suite bathroom with double shower heads, soaking tub, and vanity area, along with direct access to the pool and tropical grounds. Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature Cal King and Eastern King beds, respectively, while Guest Bedroom 3 is a converted study with an Eastern King bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a window AC unit and Smart TV for added comfort.

Upstairs, the second-level large sleeping retreat offers a spacious and flexible layout with a Cal King bed, twin bunk beds, queen sofa sleeper, large flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower—perfect for kids, teens, or an additional family suite.
