Fantastic stay

Our family of four (two teenagers) really enjoyed Hale Moli - it was the perfect home base to explore Kauai. The property, located in a quiet neighborhood about five minutes from several restaurants and a grocery store, was very clean, incredibly comfortable and had every amenity we needed. We frequently relaxed on the lanai facing the golf course and ocean after a day of hiking/boogie boarding/exploring. We hope to return to Kauai and Hale Moli again. soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, location and views. As is presented in pictures. Did have an issue with the living room AC which was not working and coffeemaker. They did replace the coffee maker quickly, but no such luck with the AC. The owners did compensate us for the inconvenience. Very spacious and comfortable outdoor spaces. Located on one of the most iconic holes on the golf course.

Perfection!

I'm a travel agent, a 10 year veteran host and home exchanger for several prominent platforms. I've stayed in many vacation rentals and travelled to Kauai with 4 discriminating girlfriends over the age of 50 and we could not think of anything that could have made our experience any better! Ian and Melissa are fantastic hosts!!! Their attention to detail, quick response, knowledge of Kauai and friendly nature helped make our stay perfection! The property is beautiful, in a great location with gorgeous views. We enjoyed the sunset each evening and sunrise yoga with Tulasi which were both on the 7th hole. We were also lucky enough to experience the lunar eclipse which we could view from our lanai. Truly Stunning! Queens Bath is a quick hike and there are other hidden beaches nearby. The bikes came in handy for scoping out all the area has to offer. Everything is brand new, fresh and clean. The beds are very comfortable, sheets/towels are good quality, A/C throughout, kitchen is stocked with lots of gadgets, brand new pots/pans/utensils, etc. The entire home is beyond well appointed with everything and anything you need. So many little touches throughout especially the separate ice machine which we loved! It came in handy for making making Mai Thais. Haha! We had a fabulous time and would definitely come to stay again thanks to Ian and Melissa!

Peaceful location, great for all ages and especially appreciated the thoughtful design of the home- the accessibility for my aging parents was never an issue. Very comfortable lanai for all of us to gather. Kitchen has everything you could need and more. The design of the home allows for a lovely cross breeze and we did not need the A/C, but I’m sure it’s nice to have on the exceptionally warm days. Host was super responsive. We requested a pump for the bike tires and Ian delivered it promptly. What a great experience. Hard to leave that lovely lanai. We hope to return!

It is better than advertised. Our favorite spot was sitting on the beautiful patio watching the sun set. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice. The location is great - only a few minutes drive from beautiful Hanalei Bay. Any questions we had were immediately answered by the property managers. We can't wait to come back.

Short drive to the best snorkeling on Kauai, Tunnel's Beach. The place is well laid out. The kitchen was like cooking at home, well appointed with everything needed to cook. The view off the back porch of the golf course and ocean was a pleasure to wake up to!

Wonderful Kauai Home

The neighborhood is peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. Best of all, the home is well-appointed, clean, and stocked with fabulous features and appliances. We never needed the AC because we just opened windows on both sides of the house or used the massive ceiling fans. The kitchen, dining area, and patio made it hard to leave for adventures. We could have easily stayed another week or two and look forward to another visit to Hale Moli.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where to start. In a word, perfect (for us) We're a family of 5 ranging from 17-54. This house was amazing. The owners seem to have thought of everything. I'm an architect, so I pay attention to the little things. I can honestly say that I would not have changed a single thing. The main space is set up for a family to hang together. The open plan they created invites the family to hang together, cook together, watch a movie together etc. The covered Lanai was fantastic in the mornings and evenings. It provided cover for the periodic North Shore showers. The hosts Ian and Melissa were so responsive and helpful with recommendations and any information we needed on the house. I could not recommend this place enough, not only for the location, but the obvious attention they've put into the quality and management of the house. We will be back for sure. Mahalo to folks who've made this place special.

Beautiful property - highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here! The views were amazing (loved the sunsets) and the house was impeccable! It was a pleasure using the huge kitchen, and every bedroom having its own bathroom was very convenient. The owners of this property truly thought of everything in providing guests with a great stay. We loved having the convenience of the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and really appreciated the use of all the amenities. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. In general we couldn’t be more pleased with our stay and highly recommend this property!

Perfection!

This home is absolute perfection. Only to be out beaten by the view and location. This home will always be special to us as we got married out on the beautiful Makai Golf Course over looking the bay. It was hard to leave. We would love to return on our next adventure in Kauai! Thank you for everything!

Incredible

Every part of our experience in this home was absolutely amazing! The hosts Ian and Melissa were so friendly and attentive through our entire stay. The home is very well equipped with everything we could think of and then some. They have even put together a book full of local recommended sites and eats. The photos dont even begin to show the beauty of the sunsets and mountain views. This place is worth every penny, and we look forward to returning again in the future.

Spring break get away

We love this property. Very well maintained. Everything you need in a kitchen. All bedrooms with their own bathroom. Plenty of seating for everyone. We loved the outside patio and hot tub. The view is amazing!! We will be returning!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful house with us!!

A Great Escape!

Excellent communal spaces, nice features and finishes, and dreamy back porch!There are a few negatives to this house: - It is designed for natural ventilation throughout, so there are vent openings into each room that connect to mostly communal areas. Sound does travel, so groups wanting perfect quiet or extreme privacy should maybe reconsider.-The house is also on the far north side of the island. Getting back to the airport or activities on the south side can take a good chunk of time. If you have a short trip, or are looking to spend a lot of time at different parts of the island, there will a lot of time spent in the car. Drives ARE beautiful, but it can eat up a lot of your day. Other than that, though!This house was amazing. It was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed in linens, beach towels, toiletries and bikes! The washer and dryer got some good use. The kitchen is a dream! We prepped a five course meal with multiple cooks, and as had everything we needed! The views were fantastic off the back porch. We naturally spent most of our down time together enjoying the scenes of the waterfalls and watching the rain flow across the golf course. Sunsets to take your breath away! The water feature out back was a lovely touch of ambiance and the hot tub is lovely.Property management was extremely helpful and responsive. They helped us get a dinner reservation and promptly answered all of our questions. They also provided a very detailed and informative informational book about the house and the area. Honestly, I am sincerely recommending that you read the house book when you arrive. It answered so many questions and had great recommendations! Excellent hosts!There are several restaurants and spots to stop into in Princeville. We found these could get very crowded, so pack your patience and be prepared to wait.
