Great Stay

Great location, convenient to beaches, quiet neighborhood, can walk to restaurants, nice large gathering rooms and kitchen. Also many beach items in garage in good condition. Home was very clean and comfy, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious and well equipped

This house was perfect for our group of six friends and one baby. Spacious and well equipped with anything you could need for a good time at the beach and exploring town. We were delighted by the snorkel equipment, beach cruisers, and even found a foam roller to keep up with our physical therapy routines. The sunset view from the upstairs balcony is incredible. Couldn’t ask for more!

Perfect Getaway: Clean, Quiet and Well-Equipped

We had an amazing stay at this property in Hawaii! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway for us to unwind. The location was great, and the attention to detail in the home really made our stay enjoyable. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot in Hawaii!

Family Fun in Princeville

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was really perfect for our family needs. Great neighborhood, farmers market, walking paths and morning coffee on the lanai with beautiful views.

Princeville escape

The home was well stocked with necessities, beach towels, and plenty of room for everyone. Walking distance to Hideaway Beach and Queens Bath which are amazing. Shave Ice galore and lots of snorkeling and swimming for everyone.

Perfect family vacation house!

Lots of room for family members to spread out or congregate and still have privacy. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom amenities. Property is close to beaches and shops. Great spot!

Great property poor. Communication regarding check in

Unable to get into house when arrived in evening. Unable to get ahold of property manager. Finally called VRBO and they reached property manager. We were told that we had recd info that front door key pad was broken even though we hadn’t. (Had recd all other communication)

Amazing Property

Stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child). Property is exquisite and provided everything we were looking for/needed. The house is big so each of our kids had their own space, the common areas are also big and can accommodate everyone very comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to make meals. The garage has multiple bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, coolers and snorkeling gear. But what surprised us the most was how well stocked the house was with paper goods, cleaning supplies and bedding. Every bathroom has a little closet that has additional towels, toilet paper rolls, garbage bags, etc. The kitchen had multiple paper towel rolls, dish soap, dishwasher soap and every other cleaning supply needed. Additionally, all of the sinks, faucets and showers worked amazingly with amazing water pressure and lots of hot water (something that is rare in my experience with house rentals). A couple of things to note. This property does not have air conditioning. The first day when we got there, it was hot inside but we opened all the slat windows, sliding doors and turned on all the ceiling fans and it cooled down pretty quickly. The trade winds definitely help and the flow through the house nicely. Another thing to note is that if you are in a minivan, don’t attempt to park between the posts in the driveway. It is a very tight fit and the driveway is curved so it is very hard to exit. We found it easier to enter from the other side of the property (where the garage is). We truly enjoyed the property and it made our vacation a whole lot better.

A gem in beautiful Princeville with the best stocked supplies

This is a gorgeous house in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of walking paths and beautiful beaches close by - some within walking distance from the house. First impression after opening the door is that you've walked into an oasis. The property is meticulously maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked. In addition to having plenty of the usual supplies you expect from a house rental, this house also offers gadgets and appliances not usually seen in other rental homes. The bedroom and hallway closets are fully stocked with plenty of linens, towels, toilet paper, and other supplies. They also provide beach supplies and toys, bikes, and a mini ping-pong table. The lanai upstairs with a beautiful mountain view provides an excellent place to relax or gather with others. There is also a private courtyard downstairs with a barbecue, a sink and an outdoor shower. The location of this house is excellent if you want to check out Hanalei Bay, North Coast Kauai and surrounding areas while avoiding being stuck in traffic every time you venture out of the house. The airflow and layout keeps the house cool even on hot summer days. There are a few grocery stores within a short drive if you want to cook meals or buy supplies. If you want to eat meals out, there are excellent restaurants close by.

Great House In North Shore Kauai

The location was a good one in Princeville. We spent most of our days at Anini and Hanalei beaches with the occasional day trip to Tunnels beach and more. The house was great for all three generations of our family and was cool at night thanks to the trade winds. Certainly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in North Shore Kauai.

Fabulous Princeville Vacation Spot!

I booked this house for a 10 day vacation with my husband’s family. We had 6 adults and 2 kids (7 and 3) in our party. The house fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of beach towels and toys and beach chairs for us to use. The house was very clean with lots of linens and towels and the kitchen was large and well stocked. We really liked having a second fridge in the garage for drinks. Our host, Eric, was very responsive when we had a minor issue with a screen falling out of one of the windows. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would come back to stay again!

Gorgeous Princeville home

This is a really beautiful home and we loved staying here! We had more than enough space for the five of us (two couples, one single, ages mid-20s to early 80s). The property was even nicer than the photos- incredibly well-stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, utensils and great cookware, nice small appliances and even a Ninja blender perfect for piña coladas. The microwave was out of commission but everything else worked perfectly. The living room has big couches and chairs that were comfy and inviting. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms (and the whole house) very clean, patio in back was a pleasant place to sit, grill was great, and balcony on second floor off the double bedroom was perfect for morning coffee. The house sits in a very nice residential neighborhood that was quiet (except for roosters) and easy to find. We were a short drive to Hanalei Bay (and yummy shave ice!) and close to the activities we wanted to do on the North Shore. I traded a couple of texts with the property manager who was quick to respond and helpful with the info I requested. Hope we can come back someday! Great house!

Clean, quiet, spacious

Brought part of my family for a visit to the north shore of Kauai in May 2022. There were 6 of us on this trip. All adults The home sits in a nice neighborhood in Princeville that is surrounded by a golf course. Nice walking paths and beautiful views The home is spacious and comfortable. Large kitchen, dining and living room area as you enter. Kitchen was well supplied and there is an extra kitchen / freezer in the garage if you want to stick up at Costco on your way in. Home was very nice and has room to spread out We enjoyed the beach toys and beach cruisers. The umbrellas, chairs, wagon etc were quite handy for beach excursions We walked to Queens Bath for some beautiful views and were rewarded with quite a few sea turtles along the coast. Just a short drive to Hanalei Bay which is a great beach to hang out on or boogie board. Snorkeling here wasn’t great Took a short hike to Hidden Beach. Small but beautiful. Also drive to Tunnel Beach. Beautiful area and better for aquatic life Really enjoyed the quiet beauty of the area and would happily return if I had the opportunity

EPIC SENIOR CLASS ADVENTURE

The house is amazing. Located close to Hanalei Beach and so many more. Great kitchen, living areas and ample parking. We will totally be back again and rent this home. The Makai Golf Course is world class!!
