PLEASE NOTE

For light sleepers: This ground-floor condo is located within a condo community. At times, you may hear neighbors walking outside or occasional footsteps from the upstairs unit when occupied.

Extended stays: Reservations longer than 7 nights require a mid-stay cleaning to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment, especially since there is no guest laundry onsite or elsewhere on the North Shore. A $125 cleaning fee will be requested separately after booking, and includes fresh linens and complete towel exchange.

Complimentary beach gear is provided for guest convenience and is used at your own risk. By booking, guests accept responsibility and waive claims related to gear use.
