Fabulous Princeville Home

A perfect home for a large family looking to stay on the north side of Kauai. Excellent location, near great beaches, and close to the town of Hanalei. We cooked almost nightly to enjoy the views from the upstairs balcony. Highly recommend!

Sister's birthday

Princeville is the place to stay and the Mokihana House is a beautiful location with views of the mountains, great walking trails and minutes from beautiful Hanalei beach. The house is prefectly designed for a large family or multi families.

Peaceful, family friendly & comfortable!

The Mokihana house is a wonderful & spacious home for your Kauai vacation! Plenty of amenities included in the house, lots of kitchen appliances to make just about any type of meal you’d like! The bedrooms were cozy, well appointed & gave everyone the space they needed when we all retired for the night! We had a great stay!

Perfect Family or Friends Retreat

This is a great property! Three couples shared this beautiful home, with plenty of room to spare. It completely changed our plans- we cooked in because the facilities and grounds are so beautiful. Dramatic Mountain views, very well maintained, wonderful outdoor spaces- just can’t say enough about this place.

Spectacular view, fabulous house

This home is in excellent condition with AC, everything works great and is clean, well stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need. The view from the upper deck of the mountain range is spectacular, in a quiet residential neighborhood about a mile to the Pu’u Poa beach.

Lovely home in Princeville

This house was amazing. Nothing was lacking. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The host provided every piece of beach equipment you could ever need or want. Everything was as described and my family of 5 had an unforgettable vacation. Any questions we had were immediately answered. Would stay again without hesitation.

What a fabulous home in an even more fabulous location! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay here. The home is well stocked, clean and comfortable. There are clear directions and information in an organized binder. Check in was seamless, communication was great. We soaked in the views from the covered porch every morning over coffee and at happy hour too. We played pickleball at the courts near the pool and swam a few times. We were often the only people there. An easy walk to Happy Talk bar and grill, to the Queen’s bath, and the golf course for disc golf. Close to the grocery store and several good restaurants. We would definitely stay here if we head back to Kauai!

Fabulous stay in paradise!

My family and I just had the best stay at Craig and Tracey’s Princeville property! It had everything that was described in the listing and even exceeded our expectations. The community pool and tennis courts are right next door for easy access and the Makai golf course pro shop is a short 12min walk. The house itself has all the amenities one could ask for, from extra beach towels to every spice imaginable in the pantry. The property felt like home as soon we checked in and we will definitely be coming back for our next family reunion!

Girls trip celebrating 50th Birthday

Gorgeous house with all the amenities. Lovely decor. Beautiful view from balcony with fire pit. Hot tub is great. Backyard BBQ and fire pit are great. Plenty of beach and snorkeling gear. Fantastic location for morning walks/jogs around the golf course. Easy walk to Hideway Beach and the soon to open One Hotel and beach. Owners, Tracey and Craig, were super helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Would gladly rent from them again. Can’t wait to return!

Christmas Vacation

Our Mokihana Home experience was exceptional. The property was clean and welcoming. The home was decorated for Christmas with a beautifully decorated tree and Christmas decor through the living area. We are a family of nine and everyone had a bed to sleep in, fun times in the pool, pickle ball challenges and more than enough space to relax and enjoy. Excellent experience!! Thank You!!!

Beautiful! Clean! Well stocked!

The view from the home is amazing! Pristinely clean property! Very well equipped kitchen. Everything in the closets, kitchen and garage (beach items) are well labeled so everything was easy to find. Had all toiletries available with extra in the garage if needed. Supplied all needed laundry detergent, dish detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Replied to any questions promptly. We would stay there again without hesitancy.

Absolutely Amazing!

We loved the Mokihana house and hope to return in the future. Not only is the home beautiful, it is fully stocked with anything you might need. We have stayed other places with bare bones furnishings, limited towels and very few kitchen supplies - but this was the complete opposite! The hosts have thought of everything! We are so pleased with the communication and care from our hosts. They were very responsive, helpful and kind. Easy, smooth process and a huge win for our family vacation. Don’t hesitate — just book it! Thank you for the perfect setting for our magic memories. We will be back!

Amazing family vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Kauai! The home was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The amenities were top-notch. The availability of pool and beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon made our beach trips super convenient and enjoyable. We didn't have to worry about a thing and could just focus on having fun. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful sunset walks on the golf course in the evenings. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of activities and take in the stunning scenery. Overall, this VRBO offered everything we could have hoped for and more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kauai!

Paradise

A Christmas gift for all our adult children and spouses. Home was beautifully decorated w a great Hawaiian flair. We loved the upper deck and had our coffee every am taking in the spectacular views and the perky Hawaiian cardinals who greeted us. We celebrated our sons engagement while there. Home made a lovely backdrop to the photos. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and afforded each guest their own privacy. The close proximity to the pool was a bonus also. The outdoor pool table was a hit. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a magical vacation and will be forever cherished in all our memories. This house was perfect.

Best Vacation Home Ever

Mokihana House is in a perfect location. Tracey and Craig have provided every convenience for you to have an amazing stay. It was our best vacation rental of the very many we have experienced. Plenty of towels; all the kitchen appliances and gadgets you need; so many kinds of dishes! We were there 8 nights- 10 in the family- and we had a private chef one night who complimented how great the kitchen was. The amenities in the yard and the closeness of the pool were excellent. It was like a private pool all week as no one seemed to use it. The furnishings are so comfortable, and the a/c was essential as the week was very hot. Cleanliness was top-knotch, and I am very particular about that. Tracey and Craig have provided just about every household need. So glad we chose this home.
