This condos view is so Beautiful!! The grounds are great and very well kept. We saw whales and dolphins off of our balcony everyday, multiple times a day, along with surfers. Lots of walking trails. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you could imagine. Wonderful BBQ area. The condo is Wonderful. A little slice of Heaven. Near by restaurants and shopping. It's located in a very nice resort area. Lucy the owner was very helpful and quick to communicate with. We definitely would stay here again! If you're considering booking, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!!

The location of the condo with oceanfront and views of Bali Hi were stunning. The condo has all the amenities you could ask for and Lucy was a great host and accessible and responsive to any of our needs. Highly recommend dining at nearby 1 Hotel and Hanalei Bay Resort with stunning grounds and open air views.

This location and unit is spectacular! The hosts thought of everything you could ever need or want. It is right next to the One hotel, has the most amazing view and its own beach! This unit is also walking distance to fabulous restaurants . When we come back to Kauai we will rent this unit again. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had. It was luxurious, elegant and clean. The bed was amazing also, and listening to the waves as we fell asleep was priceless. It was the perfect spot for the perfect Hawaiian vacation. We will be back!!

The owner has supplied everything you need, if not, she tries to accommodate or supply your request. The view is beautiful and the furniture is stylish and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The unit was quiet with a tennis court and pool. It is across the street from a golf course and walking path. Lucy was the best owner we have ever dealt with in a VRBO. Check out the Hotel 1 bar next to the unit and the Princeville market Center.

Our host was very accommodating and welcoming. The unit was everything that it appeared in pictures. Better still, the beds were very comfortable and pillows didn’t give me a neck ache. Location was beautiful, with beautiful views. The location pool was warm, clean and barely used by others. Short drive into town. All and all a 10.

My wife and I have stayed at this complex a few times now - it is well situated for views and access to both Hideaways and Pu’u Poa beaches, great for snorkeling or just sitting on the sand. The 1 Hotel is next door if you want to eat out or visit for drinks. This unit was great, and Lucy was a marvelous host. We enjoyed watching the ocean and the surfers from the living room and balcony and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The whole place was exceptionally clean and comfortable; we slept well here, can’t wait to return!

Overall we loved our stay here. The location and views are amazing. The house was clean and amenities were good. Plenty of parking spots. Kitchen had the needed appliances, although the Keurig could stand to be replaced. My only caution is that this place doesn’t comfortably accommodate more than 3 or 4 people. Having the couch listed as a “bed” made me think it was a pullout, but it wasn’t. So one of my kids had to sleep on it and it wasn’t super comfortable. But the place is great for a couple and 2 kids. Overall we loved the location and views of the ocean, and it’s super close to Hanalei which was nice. Communication from the hosts was great and prompt.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The ocean views were spectacular and it was a delight to see the mountains each time we walked out of the house. Having air conditioning was a nice perk with our baby and the humidity. The host was so accommodating and helpful.Another nice perk was being able to walk to two beaches and the 1 Hotel for a morning coffee and afternoon cocktail.Thank you for the stay.

Spectacular is very accurate for this Condo!

Our family of 5 fit easily with a pullout bed and the accommodations were beautiful. The hosts (Lucy and Doug) were very helpful and gave us some recommendations for local activities. We had a fantastic time in a beautiful condo and I hope to be a repeat customer!

Absolutely spectacular accomodations. Property is exactly as advertised. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach in beautiful Princeville. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor deck with the gorgeous sunset views. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable beach vacation. Hope to return.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything needed to enjoy your vacation in Kauai is provided. Great location above Hideaways, where we snorkeled daily. Beautiful views, spacious and comfy space, can’t say enough! Hopefully we’ll be back again soon!
