    Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath, ocean views from every room! Lay in bed from either bedroom & watch the crashing waves roll into the cliffs directly below unit! Both beds in each bedroom are Westin Heavenly beds!! Upgraded condo, very clean, large living room with plenty of entertaining area. Open floor plan with kitchen overlooking living room. Washer and dryer in unit, Queen size beds in both bedrooms, sitting area in master bedroom. Pull out queen size bed in living room couch, very comfortable bed top. Balcony has 2 lifeguard chairs that provide great comfortable views of the crashing surf and expansive 180 degree ocean views!

Awesome place to stay - clean, comfortable and the best views for sunrise and sunset. Great home base for visits to Hanalei and Kapaa. We really enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The place was everything promised and we will return. It took a little getting accustomed to no AC, but the weather is generally great and the breeze kicks up every night. The loudest thing is the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, and the occasional rooster.

The condo was perfect. It sits at the top of the cliffs with a beautiful view of the ocean from all rooms and is decorated with meaningful pictures, lamps and wall hangings that tell the story of Kaui and it's culture. The rooster crows in the morning to let you know the day has come, get out and see the beauty around you. The beds are comfortable, in 2 well appointed rooms, with a pullout couch in the living room. A welcome gift of coffee and wine greeted us when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host provided us with suggestions for places to visit and was helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend you stay here.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, spacious and fully stocked. Loved how they decorated and thought of almost everything. Air conditioning would make this a perfect space I would come back to annually. The Easterlies don’t get into the house so it’s hot and not breezy.

On our 20th trip to Hawaii, this rated as one of the best places to stay. Princeville is always great, but the location of this unit was almost right in the ocean. The sights & sounds were peaceful & relaxing. The unit was clean & everything we needed was there for us. We travel with another couple & this is the first time there was little advantage to having the master bedroom, because both bedrooms had full on views of the ocean! Thanks to Bill, the owner of this gem, for his gracious hospitality.

We loved that so many extra fans were around but there was great cross flow from windows even without. I loved that there was adequate soap and laundry soap and toilet paper. Kitchen well equipped, beautiful view of sunrise and sunsets in this location. Crashing wave sounds and sights were just what I hoped for. The chairs on lanai were wonderful for unobstructed views, but if you’ve got bad knees or hips they will be difficult to climb up to.

The owner Bill was great and responded right away to anwer any questions. The condo is beautiful well stocked for anything you would possibly need. The views of the ocean from all the windows and balcony is amazing. Would highly suggest you stay here when visiting Kauaii!

We stayed 10 days in February, and I have to tell you the condo absolutely made our stay in Kauai memorable. The condo had everything that we needed. Beautiful ocean view off the lanai. Binoculars to watch the whales from the lanai. Beach chairs, coolers, and snorkeling gear, to enjoy sunny days at the beach. I would highly recommend booking your Kauai stay at this condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for going to Hanalei or Anini Beach! The condo has beautiful oceanfront views. The beach supplies were great and covered everything we needed (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards). Kitchen was also well stocked making it easy to cook when we wanted. The bed was very comfortable. I would totally stay again.

Beautiful view. Everything you could want for beach fun is provided including a wide variety of snorkel gear. Lots of fans in every room to help you stay cool. It was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.
