This was stunning condo with a fantastic view and had anything you could possibly need. We love to cook and kitchen had it all!! Our host Lucy was great - responded quickly to anything we needed and was so accommodating when we needed a late check-out. We loved Princeville - it was a great place to run and/or walk and the small town had great restaurants, grocery and shopping. Location was perfect!

So enjoyed our Kauai Vacation in this amazing condo. It was everything we had imagined and more. Lucy and Doug were so welcoming and there to answer any questions we had!! Loved this Condo! Perfect location with absolutely stunning ocean views. Hearing the waves crash every night was just heavenly. Condo is stocked with pretty much everything you could need. Everything was clean and just perfect. The hosts Lucy and Doug are also incredible people who made our trip feel like home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Alii Kai - the ocean views are a dream and it’s so magical to be able to see and hear the waves from every room. We saw some rainbows from the lanai too, and it was fun to see nene and chickens on the property grounds (thankfully they didn’t wake us up too early and were rarely right outside the window!)The condo is very well equipped - the kitchen was nice and had everything we needed to cook, and it was also great to have beach chairs and snorkel gear. The hosts are very kind and quick to respond about any questions - they even let us stay past the normal checkout time which was so helpful since we had a late night flight. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back sooner rather than later!

The condo has the most amazing ocean views - High on a bluff, north facing but we had some gorgeous sunrises. Inside, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the beds were really comfortable. The air conditioning was a nice feature for those few times when the trades weren’t quite enough.

Amazing ocean views, well-appointed, clean, comfortable, had everything I needed plus plus! Solo woman traveler and felt very safe! The area/location is beautiful. Great for walking exercise. Quick drive to the beaches, stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking. I’m a spoiled southerner used to central AC and even without it I slept bc of the breezes, fans and cool sheets. Lucy and Doug are fantastic hosts, accommodating and detail oriented. Love there’s beach chairs, umbrella, towels, washer/dryer. She has thought of everything. Literally everything you need in a home away from home. If I would’ve cooked I would’ve had all that I needed too but I ate all the HI food I could. Went to a wedding at 1 hotel hanalei and it’s super close. Can’t wait to return. Mahalo!

Spectacular is definitely the fitting description! Everything about my month’s stay was just as I hoped and expected based on Lucy and Doug’s valuable detailed descriptions. I appreciated all of the amenities supplied, equipment in kitchen, all beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc!) and the immediate, kind responses from hosts. I can’t wait to get back to Alii Kai! Milion dollar view

The view is excellent and condo is very nice, clean and spacious with 2 rooms and 2 baths. Distance to Hanalei is convenient. This is now one of my favorite places to stay. Owner contact is easy and response is fast.

Sleep to the sound of the ocean

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and in a perfect location—with incredible ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves to lull us to sleep each night. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach toys and other amenities. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. Truly a seamless and enjoyable experience—highly recommend!

Great Views

Place was great and has beautiful views. Lanai was great for enjoying sunrise and breakfast. Watched geese, and Albatross fly from the lanai. If physically able the hike down to Turtle Cave was woeth it at low tide. Trail starts right next thr thr condo building and cave pretty much right below the condo. Steep hike but not very long hike make sure to go down during low tide.No AC was not a problem with ability to open windows and the constant sea breeze.Had an issue about half way thru the stay that the dryer half of the new stacked washer/dryer stopped working. Hosts came over first thing the morning to checkout and try to fix. They were unable to fix and had to call for warranty service. The hosts offered to take clothes and dry them for us but we used the drying rack in the unit to hang clothes thr remainder of trip. This was beyond anyones control.Kitchen well stocked, had condiments and spices alonf with adequate pans and dishes.Overall a good stay cute place for wife and I to take our oldest to Kauai for his Senior trip and would stay here again.

Anazing views from every room

This condo was perfect for our stay. Lots of amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and access to a grill. Very clean and quiet with close parking. We loved the views from each room and the lanai. The owner was responsive to any question we had. We would love to return to this condo!

Little slice of paradise

We couldn’t have stayed in a more beautiful location. the condo had ocean views from every room, hearing the waves crashing day and night was such a beautiful experience. It had everything you needed and then some. Lucy thought of everything. She was available and responded immediately if we needed anything. The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Had your beach chairs, towels, cooler, boogie boards snorkel sets. Bonus!! It’s one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed on vacation. Will definitely be back!! Thank you Lucy and Doug

Princeville getaway

One of the few true ocean front condos in the area. The views from every window was outstanding. The tall chairs on the lanai allowed for unobstructed ocean views. The entire condo was well stocked, from kitchen tools to beach toys and towels. The washer and dryer are very nice and really came in handy

Everything You Could Want

This property is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you and your family need for a vacation. Lucy went above and beyond, even leaving us dinner because we flew in too late to go grocery shopping! The view is incredible!

Surreal, Peaceful and Breathtaking

This condo is spectacular in every way. Great layout, peaceful community and the views and sound of the waves crashing on shore at night would make anyone never want to leave.Absolutely fabulous host, we couldn’t get the door open (my fault) but Lucy and her husband were there in 2 minutes with beautiful lemons and a smile to greet us. Truly remarkable; can’t wait to come back!
