Great family trip!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was perfect for our large family of 2 adults and 5 kids. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Major bonus was the double washer and dryer! The setting is just beautiful and we enjoyed many days surfing at Hanalei Bay. I can’t recommend this property enough and hope to return one day!

North Shore beachin

Very nice, recently updated home close to the Princeville Center. Well appointed kitchen and beach gear. Ping pong table in garage was great for the kids!

Wonderful Home & Top Notch Property Management

We stayed a week in the beginning of March. Overall, it’s a great home with so many beautiful features, lovely finishes and details! We had grandparents and then two families with kids. Want to first say how impressed we all were with the property management team! The entire process was so easy, given all details up front and booklet in house, great communication, and just very responsive to any and all concerns. The layout and space worked well for us and the kids absolutely loved the pool! I will say we paid to heat the pool (which for this time and weather around 72 degrees it was definitely needed). Kids enjoyed playing in garage with ping pong table, and they have 2 washers and 2 dryers. One bedroom does not have an en suite bath so they had to share the hallway bath with all the kids, not horrible but not great either. Thankfully there were additional soft blankets in the closets of each room, because all 4 kids did not care for the minimal bedding so they all grabbed a blanket they used our whole stay. And really our only complaint was that the beds were just not that comfortable. Not a huge deal but a nice bed is a nice bed when you’re on vacation! The house location, neighborhood, cleanliness, quality, and amenities were all wonderful! But also when you’re paying this price point and paying to heat a pool, it’s comparable to quite a nice hotel where every guest room has their own bath and comfortable bed. So really just depends on your needs for your vacation.

Lovely vacation

We had a wonderful stay while in Princeville, Kauai. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen is stocked with everything we would need and the beds are really comfortable. We were able to connect with our agent for a few hiccups and had them resolved quickly. Would recommend this place of paradise!

Gorgeous home

This house is perfect for up to 10 people. There is plenty of room for gathering and enough privacy to get away. The grandkids loved the pool. The owners did a marvelous job with quality furnishings. A good time was had by all.

Perfect getaway

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Perfect location, close to golf course, beach, Princeville bike path/walking path literally just down the street. The photos are great but the layout and space is even better than what photos present. Pool is perfect for the kids young and old, and the sitting outdoor area has a roof so you can grill and eat outside in the rain. The rooms are laid out so it’s super private. There are two pack n plays and a high chair for those with small kids. But the best part was how responsive the property manager was with any questions. We LOVED our stay and would definitely come back again.

Highly recommend this property

The location of the house was perfect - near to a small shopping center with grocery store, close to Hanalei beach which is fantastic for small kids, and close to two hikes to the beach one being Queens Bath. The house layout was great for 3 generational family - two master bedrooms and 2 kids rooms with their own bathroom. The amenities in the house were all brand new and included many items with small children in mind. The pool was fabulous and the addition of the fence/gate was welcome with small kids. The attention and service of Elite Pacific vacations was superb. The only draw back was no air conditioning in the main part of the house but if you opened up the windows there was a nice cross breeze. The bedrooms were all air conditioned. I would definately recommend this house to anyone and look forward to returning again sometime in the near future.

Gorgeous home in beautiful Princeville

We LOVED this home. My wife and I and our 5 kids (ranging from 7-16) all settled into this beautiful home so comfortably. The pool was fun to jump into at the end of the day and just look out at in the evening. So nice that there was a ping pong table in the garage and thankful for the snorkelling gear that we used in Poipu Beach. The whole neighbourhood is beautiful, we walked to the free hula show at the princeville shopping centre and enjoyed a walk down to Wyllie’s Beach. While many of our day trips were in the south or east sides of the Island, we would definitely enjoy staying here again.
