“Walking distance to everything!”

“Very lovely and spacious duplex. Everything was lovely and well appointed. Nice touches from host were waiting for us. Lots of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a wagon, cooler, all the things needed to walk one street over to white sand beach that stretches for miles. Master bed/bath has his and hers closets and vanities, and the shower is quite large. Lovely views from decks. Really enjoyed the stay.”

“Great place in a great spot!”

“Very comfortable, clean and quiet and we felt safe and about two blocks from beach and two blocks from shopping/restaurant area with assigned parking place and a screened porch with comfortable chairs. I would stay there again”

“Great location and poo”

“We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect! A very short walk to the village and/or the beach and a short drive into town. Our unit (B) was just the right size for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the couches were super cozy. We couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful it was while relaxing in the living room. It had a nice screened in porch and a shared patio area in front of our porch. The kitchen was just the right size and had everything we...

“Our stay was great! Great location to Siesta Key beach, shops and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t need to get in our car once. We were able to use the bikes provided which was very nice. The houses were well maintained and stocked for all of our needs. The description was accurate, we had beach umbrellas, wagon, and many other beach items that were needed for a nice beach day. The showers were great along with the comfortable mattresses. Bedding was clean and house was...

“Check in was easy with detailed instructions, the property was clean, location was good, and there were many “easy to forget” items stocked like q-tips, sunscreen, plus anything you might need for the beach. Short drive to the Ringling museum (art museum admission is free on Mondays!), Save our Seabirds, and Selby botanical garden in downtown Sarasota. We are ATL botanical garden members and received free admission which was a major bonus. We dined at the broken egg, sun garden cafe, Baja grill,...

“The property was very nice, close to the gulf, nice spa and pool. The bedrooms were all furnished very nice, each with their own full bathroom. The kitchen was tight, but was well stocked with appliances and dishes. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Jennifer was very cooperative and easy to work with. 5 stars”

“This house was absolutely perfect for our beach vacation. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully appointed with modern, stylish furnishings and amenities. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms felt luxurious. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of a charcuterie box waiting for us in the refrigerator upon arrival. The location couldn't have been better—the beach was just around the corner, and the...
