“This hotel is located very close to several restaurants. We easily walk to one each night. The staff upon arrival were frustrated and seemed to take it out on us. When booking with Expedia you can't use the check in kiosk at any Premier Inn. They only had one computer working and were irritated and had no immediate solution of how to pay for parking without a reservation number to place at the parking meter. It got sorted out, but felt like we were a problem to them. The room and parking...

“Breakfast menu excelent could not falt”

“Clean and spacious room, tea and coffee facilities included in the room, which was nice. More choice of tea would have been nice, for example a herbal tea option. Breakfast was great value for money, and the service was superb. The young lady was extremely pleasant and welcoming.”

“We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time. Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill. Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle. We could not get through to the staff on the phone so...

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Yarrow hotel. The building is impressive, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food very good. We had a standard double room, which was adequate with everything you needed in it. The only downside was that the bed was a really small double , so we didn’t sleep that well. Other than that, we would recommend the hotel. It has easy access to the town and sea front - 5 to 10 minute walk. We would stay there again, but would choose a room with a bigger bed.”

“To be honest it was very loud from the gig place from across the road (Saturday) but it calmed down & it was quiet for the rest of the stay in spir of the house's very central location (& lots of good music in town). I had an issue with the window & appreciated that the hotel owner responded & resolved the situation.The rooms are lovingly decorated & warm, and the bed was very comfy. ”

“A great bedroom in a house that's full of character. En-suite shower-room with a fabulous shower. Warm and welcoming hosts. Fantastic breakfast with seriously good vegetarian options. Go there! We certainly will again. ”
