The location was perfect for what we needed as we had a few airport trips to make. We walked to a great restaurant and loved the charm of the area. ”

“First, let me say that Josh and Madison are the best co-hosts I have ever interacted with. During my stay, I had many (self-inflicted) issues, and they were always available to assist me. Kudos to you both!This property is a little hidden gem. It is impeccably decorated, well-appointed, and as comfortable as my home. It was surprisingly spacious and stocked with everything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.I struggled a bit to check in because I arrived after dark. As I am not a California...

“I am working on the Pacific Palisades fire and rented this place from Kathy who is wonderful and very accommodating. My work schedule is from 6am - 7pm 7 days a week. But Kathy made sure the check in fit my schedule. Everything in the place was top notch and there was a supply of a few items like coffee,mouthwash and even a few cans of food. All the appliances were very new, and I couldn’t have found a better place to rest my weary head every night. THANKS KATHY!!!!!”

“The layout of this place was so perfect The owner utilized the 800 sq feet very well. In addition, this tiny home was superbly decorated, with some very high end materials. This tiny home was perfect for myself and my girls for our celebratory trip. The owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. Thank you very much!! “I rented this unit just for sleeping and working near a relative's home. It has all the basics, including fast internet, lots of outlets, a decent kitchen, and natural light. It was quiet and safe, and the owner was cordial and a good communicator. It looks exactly like the photos, except the beige wall panels are windows that open.”
