It is a small unit, but it's location, location, location (as the setting is the heart of Manhattan Beach, Ca., the most beautiful, and expensive beach real estate in Los Angeles County. The unit is clean and functional. Great access to the beach--steps away.Great access to shops, restaurants, and everything else.”

“This suite has a good location in Venice Beach, close to grocery and drug stores. Finding a variety of restaurants within walking distance, however, was a bit more challenging. “House was very clean and well stocked with amenities; soap, shampoo, detergent, coffee, spices. Leon was responsive to all questions and even brought toilet paper rolls that were missing in bathrooms. House has rear parking for 2 cars; EV slot is a bit tight and fits only a smaller car or SUV. “Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful condo. It was a short walk to the shore in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There is also a free parking lot right by the beach, at the end of the street, which is useful for those who may not want to walk up the pretty steep hill with beach supplies and/or small children. The furnishings were great and we had everything we needed. It was great to have designated parking right at the condo. ”
