We had fun shooting pool...and there are so many activities - foosball table, air hocky, games. A large and nicely appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. So relaxing and low key! “The house was neat and mostly clean which would have been fine. We were 8 adults (4 couples) over the age of 50. We were staying there after watching our daughters play college lax. We were not given the house code until after we paid the house manager via Venmo or cash app which is not supported by VRBO. There was no hot water in the upstairs shower. Then she reported to VRBO there was “damage” charge but she emailed me saying she normally charges for not putting the garbage in the community...

One of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the other side of the house so it provides some privacy if there are 2 adult groups sharing the space. The creek is very audible with the windows open and it nice to sleep to at night.The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. There is a large table to eat or congregate at. There is an outdoor patio with an equal amount of seating for a large group...
