“This is just a glorified old ski condo bedroom. There's a microwave in the fridge but no dishes and no utensils. The rug going into the bathroom is pulled away from the floor and if you step on it with bare feet you get rug tacks in your toes. There's only a single door between the next unit and you can hear everything their TV their conversations. The sliding door barely works you really have to fight with it to open and close it. I would not recommend this place.”

“Screen to front door was broken. Two bulbs above bathroom sink not working without replacement bulbs available. Bulb over ceiling light in bathroom not working. Shower curtain in bathroom stained from ? Mildew?? Kitchen oven dirty. Utensil holder in drawer dirty. Pictures available. I notified Maverick Management Co. who responded saying they would notify their team, however no one came to unit. This was the first AND last time I will use VRBO.”

“The kitchen set up was very nice, but could have used some aluminum foil and plastic wrap for cooking. The only suggestion that I have would be to have a hard copy of the house handbook available because I couldn't get the scan code to work. I would also think that there may those that aren't that tech savy.”

“I took my 3 grandkids to see the light show at Sandy Hill and it was great. Kids had a blast they slept great. There was lots of room and the bottle of wine was a nice touch … ”

“Overall very pleasant stay. Was visiting my mother who moved to Newmarket recently and this place is about 1 mile from the downtown area. There are no motels in town. It is a second floor unit at the back of the property, that looks like some kind of converted barn structure. Very clean and quiet. Well stocked for the morning coffee. Two full beds that were OK. Note that it is located in a rather secluded spot and would probably be challenging to find if you were arriving at night. It's off the...
