“It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. “The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back.”

“This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. “Honestly, worst experience I've ever had renting a property. Felt like I got scammed from the start. Arrived at JFK at 3. Still had no address from host. Was about 3:30 & I had to tell the taxi to head to the Upper West Side & I would give him address when I got it. When we finally got a response from "host," it was after 4 on day of check in. Got to address he gave me & it was a completely different property. Neither the host nor the property mgmt company bothered to mention that they changed...
