“El servicio de restaurante muy regular , el restaurante buffet tiene un olor desagradable a huevo revuelto que se quita las ganas de comer, las escaleras internas un desorden y falta de aseo , los mesones de las barras del Bar huelen súper mal , falta mucha administración , que lástima por que otros Royalton no son así , además un lugar tan bonito y tan descuidado .”

“We had one day to stay at this location so given the pics, we felt this was a good fit. It is a 1/2 hour from the airport but that's about the best thing. When we got there, the place was empty and that was fine. We were past prime season, but the 6 cats and the smell of cat urine was too much. The views were great from the bar and patio, the rooms very average with one that reeked of cat pee. We took our losses and left. We did not stay overnight as it was just too smelly. The one beer...

“This hotel is great for budget travelers. Staff is truly nice and helpful; breakfasts are absolutely great. But the mattresses need to be replaced and airco is much better in the "off" position. Wifi works superb. ”
