“Old quiet and so friendly ”

“Stayed in Poppy the yurt. We had an amazing time dog friendly which was perfect. Staff were amazing. Food from the cafe was perfect. Went a walk round the druids temple. Which with the nice weather was a lovely walk.”

“It is a beautiful and relaxing place and with historical importance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit expensive but then it is very big. If you have big appetite maybe it is worth it.”

“Lovely place to stay in the heart of the square, stayed here before easy but efficient check in, we had a courtyard room 27 prefer this to hotel as I’m not good with stairs, it was very quiet lovely queen bed & bathroom contain a separate bath & shower nice decorated, we had an evening meal in the dining room which you need to book in advance with relatives the food was delicious. The breakfast service next morning was delivered by Chris & (sorry forgot their name), what a team they were...

“I loved this hotel. It is quirky and stylish and, above all, comfortable. I had a lovely large room and to say it had a 'cathedral view' was an understatement. I couldn't see anything else - the cathedral is the other side of the road. The staff were lovely. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Plentiful restaurants are just around the corner. I will undoubtedly stay there again if I am up that way in the future.”
