House over the dock. Great novelty. But comes with nuances. Steep driveway, a little precarious. Fourty feet of stairway after driveway. So limit provisions if possible. All in all, enjoyed the stay for two and for two days.

Loved the old school vibe. View was fabulous. Loved the boat dock. This house was well equipped with everything needed. Both sets of stairs were a bit treacherous - but we managed! Home was as described - except for the beds and bath- (only 1 shower, 1 bathtub). I was also unaware there was a king ...

We had a fantastic stay! The house is well equipped with clear directions and everything in the kitchen is well maintained and labeled. The host team was easy to work with and had clear check out instructions. Great dock and view of the lake. Awesome stay!

Hampton Inn & Suites Roanoke-Downtown
The front desk staff was excellent. Kendra contacted us upon checking in and also checked in the next day. The hotel is in an excellent downtown location.
