“Host was super accommodating and communication was perfect. Loved the free washer and dryer and they provide everything you need. Was excited to see an ice machine too. Did get pretty cold and was hard to keep the room warm, but that may be just me being spoiled and not used to the Memphis weather. My husband really liked the back parking area, well monitored and felt very safe. Definitely going to be our new go to when visiting Memphis.”

“Safety/Security? Yes! Gated and plenty of cameras, all different codes, easy to use, parked in the alley and still felt safe Clean/Comfortable? Yes! Bed and pillows were amazing, bathroom and kitchen were clean, floors were clean, very impressive, just the right size and use of space, 2 of us and never felt cramped I was given all the info I needed to access the property prior to check-in, the owner emailed to check on us and made themselves available daily if needed (we didn't), the property...

“The studio was well-appointed and clean. The bed was super comfortable and there was very little street noise while we were sleeping.While we didn't do much walking in the area, we were close to all of the downtown attractions. The free parking in front of the unit was great - it was nice having our car close by. The host was great at communicating. BTW - we highly recommend the Sunrise Memphis for breakfast. Its just a block away!”
