“20.years over due for a remodel, staff was unfriendly.”

“Asqueroso todo y mal olor todo sucio y alberca llena de gusanos”

“Room was super outdated and old! Room had an old, musky, stale smell. There was dust on the room phone and chargers. Bathroom was small and sink was stopped up. Water pressure is low. Requested extra towels from guest services and never received them!! Tv also stopped working. Room not worth the money or deposit! Only stayed for one night!”

“. I had no vehicle and told the front desk. The hotel still charged three $7 parking fees to my Visa. I contacted them on Oct 15 but have received no response. Please contact the hotel to request a refund to my original payment method and a corrected receipt, and provide a case number.”

“La limpieza es un punto fuerte en este hotel, el desayuno es bueno pero antes de terminar la hora ya muchas cosas se han terminado y no las reponen. Lo recomiendo para un par de días.”

“The place is fine, but if you plan to go to the pool, I didn't think it was suitable. It had too much chlorine; even sitting outside the water, it was difficult to bear the burning in your eyes. The children couldn't stand being in the water because of the chlorine and the cold water.”

“Excelente estancia ”
