“My flight was cancelled out of Chicago Saturday which I accept. What wasn’t acceptable was how dirty the lobby, floor and general condition of the unit. The pool water was cloudy and had no sun. We left one day early due to being notified on Monday by text that pest control by the building was being done from noon until 2 Tuesday. Brought these issues to the owners with no resolution on their side. Happy to provide pictures.”

The pool area was very awesome. Love that they have a bar and restaurant available. All the available excursions. I took advantage of the Sunset Tour.
