Excelente ubicacion
Excelente ubicacion cerca de casi todo.... incluso un minisuper y una parada de camion (70). La habitacion bastante limpia y comoda. Bastante seguro el barrio.

This is a nice stay in a convenient location. The rooms were big. The interior was a bit outdated but in good condition and clean. There is a common area with a kitchen which was great for making some tea and light meals. This isn't a full service property so towels were changed every 3 days or so. Overall this was a good deal for the price and location being so close to the city center of Rome.

Apartamento muito bem localizado. Apartamento novo, com armário e camas muito bons. Banheiro espaçoso, novo e limpo. Ressalto a atenção que a equipe de atendimento teve conosco, em especial Rafaella, que deu toda a atenção e respondia todos os meus questionamentos de forma muito atenciosa.

Hotel und Toplage und sauber - mehr nicht
Als wir ankamen roch unser Zimmer sehr stark nach Rauch. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht dort bleiben, aber was anderes zu finden war nicht sehr einfach. Das Bett war relativ hart, aber keine dünnen Matratzen. Der Verkehr draußen ist sehr laut, sodass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Wenigstens war alles sauber und das Zimmer würde täglich gereinigt. Man sollte Ohrstöpsel dabei haben und nicht geruchsempfindlich sein.

Fin lille lejlighed i Top Floor Navona
Vi har haft nogle rigtig gode dage midt i Rom by. Gaden er stille og rolig og ligger i et pænt kvarter. Eneste “problem” vi mødte var, at vi trods flere henvendelser i hotelreceptionen som ligger et andet sted i byen, gik forgæves. Der var ingen til stede. Dialogen, herunder udlevering af check- in oplysninger, foregik pr. mail. Det er også fint - bare man ved det i forvejen.

De ligging was perfect. De bedjes spartaans. Voor het karige ontbijt moesten we een kwartier lopen. Daar hebben we na twee dagen van af gezien. Een taxi bellen voor vervoer naar de luchthaven werd ‘vergeten’. Dat is slordig.

Good location and reasonable "everything else"
It's certainly in a very central location and despite that is still pretty quiet. Don't get me wrong - the room is pretty good - but there are few niggles that they could fairly easily sort out: the mattress is long since past the time when they need to replace it for example and they make it quite difficult to pay the local room tax which even after we managed to do so they sent us a threatening email saying we hadn't and they were going to report us to "Roman authorities" (they did later apologise for that). Or there were 300+ channels on the TV but they didn't have one english language channel so we could watch any news - not the end of the world, but it would have been nice. But overall it's a nice room and it's a good location and when you deal with the service people face to face (apart from seeming very harassed and over-worked) they seem very nice and personable.

Top Marks for Top Floor Navona
Rachel and Martina made telephone calls for us when our voucher did not arrive when expected, printed tickets for us (we were unable to print from our laptop computer), showed us the best route to attractions, and did everything to make us feel welcome. The only thing I would suggest is a microwave oven in the communal kitchen.

Seng og badeværelse i dejlig lokation
Dejlig lokation, er blot et værelse med en seng og et badeværelse. men du har som sådan heller ikke brug for mere. Dejlig central placering, men husk det tager ca. 10 minutter at gå hen til morgenmad stedet, og er som regel i den "forkerte" retning. Du skal have adgang til Google Maps eller lignende for at finde det og hoved receptionen, ellers skal du være dygtig i hvert fald. Lidt langsom WIFI. Du kan ikke lave mad i køkkenent, maksimalt have lidt brød og pålæg liggende samt koldt vand.

Godt sted og venligt personlae
Det var et meget behageligt ophold. De kom med det samme og lukkede os ind til værelset, selvom vi kom for tidligt, gjorde meget nydeligt rent og var meget hjælpsomme. Området var desuden dejligt at bo i.

Excellent location, very clean.
Really good location and nice clean hotel. Only issues were that we didn't receive the email before arrival (it went to junk) telling us how to check in so we were standing outside waiting for over an hour. Bed was also very uncomfortable

Trevligt hotell! Dock inte tydligt att det ej fanns reception på just Top Floor, utan på ett annat ställe 5 min därifrån. Information om att mail kommer skickas med koder till Top Floor hade varit bra. I övrigt var det väldigt fräscht på rummet, och luftkonditionering som var guld värt eftersom vi var där i augusti och det var 35 grader varmt... Minus på att de ej bytte handdukarna varje dag, fick inte heller påfyllning av toalettpapper eller nescafé, utan fick leta upp detta själv i korridoren utanför rummet. Bra läge, ca 5 min från Pantheon.

WIFI不是每台行動裝置都能連線，客服專線服務人員很兇... 配合供應早餐的咖啡店很遠(900M)...沒有很值得期待(ALWAYS牛角麵包) 沒有電梯 需扛行李 然後收的城市稅有點高 但是有小廚房和冰箱很方便 冷氣也很涼 附近有超市 有公車牌 很方便 附近景點也很多

Mesmo avisando com antecedência sobre a nossa chegada, não havia ninguém para nós receber. Não fica ninguém na recepção por não ser um hotel e ao chegarmos foi o taxista que precisou ligar para o telefone de contato para que alguém pudesse ir até o local para abrir as acomodações e nos entregar as chaves. Não havia ninguém para acompanhar no check out, tivemos que ir embora deixando a chave na recepção sem ninguém. Muito mal organizado.

La mattina del nostro check-in mi ha chiamato un responsabile dicendomi che avevano dei problemi con l'acqua calda al Top Floor Navona e mi ha proposto che ci avrebbe spostato al Residence Sancti Angeli sembre di loro proprietà. Dovendo fare il check-in di pomeriggio e avendo il personale disponibile solo di mattina alla residenza, mi è stato contestualmente comunicata la procedura d'accesso con i codici. Il residence si trova di fronte a Castel Sant'Angelo sul Lungotevere, e quindi ha una posizione molto comoda per muoversi in centro. La camera è carina con vista su Castel Sant'Angelo e abbastanza curata; unico problema il letto matrimoniale formato da 2 materassi singoli che immancabilmente si dividevano. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e il bar dove utilizzare il vaucher della colazione è a due passi.

Mother/daughter trip
The room was small but newly renovated and clean. There are a few separate rooms in a renovated apartment. We never met the the clerk as they are only there for a few hours in the morning. We were given a passcode for the doors and our key was left at the desk for us. We did not know this right away until we called to say that we arrived. The area is amazing ..near piazza navona and very central. It is in a little courtyard so it was very quiet. there was a little kitchenette for common use (which we did not use) but could have been nice. The only problem was the breakfast. They give you a coupon to use at 3 diff cafe for a small breakfast. It started at 8am and we were always out of the place before then. We never got the coupon or the free breakfast.

Ótima opção por custo X benefício. Quarto muito bom, ótima localização. Na chegada assusta porque o prédio é feio por fora e não tem elevador, mas assim que entramos no quarto tudo fica melhor. Percebe-se que o prédio é antigo mas foi todo reformado por dentro. Oferecem café da manhã bar muito próximo do prédio. Ficaria novamente.

hôtel très correct.
Conseil utile. Avant votre dėpart faites vous communiquer vos codes d accès. Pas de réception pr les arrivées tardives et porte close sans les codes. Seul bémol. hôtel parfait sur la propreté et sanitaire. Proche des sites les plus visités. Restaurant correct au niveau qualité\prix atenant à l hôtel. Comme bcp d hôtels très peu insonorisé entre les chambres. Malgré cela ns avons apprécié ce choix.

ce n'est pas un hotel. c'est un appartement avec 4 chambre individuel. les plus sont: l'emplacement: pres de la piazza navona propreté: chambre très propre calme pour une résidence proche du centre ville très confortable Le seul point négatif c'est le petit déjeuner c'est qu'il nous donne des tickets pour aller le prendre dans un bar qui sert les petits déjeuner.Mais si c'était a refaire je le refait avec plaisir

Trevliga fyra dagar på ett bekvämt och tyst minihotel/B&B. Mycket centralt läge nära de flesta attraktioner. Ingen frukost på hotellet. Den ingår och äts på café med italienare i morgonrusningen. Mycket prisvärt boende. Särskilt när det blir lågsäsong i november.

Mi sono trovato molto bene bellissimo hotel curato e pulito ma se devo fare delle critiche specificherei che le colazioni vanno fatte in alcuni bar convenzionati pagate si dall'hotel ma dove si ha un cornetto a scelta e un caffe o cappuccio o te ecc quindi non sono colazioni continentali per il resto tutto ottimo

très bien situé pour visiter rome
Nous avions réservé 4 nuits au B&B Top floor navona et nous avons finalement été logé dans un autre batiment, plus proche de la place Navona, mais a priori bien plus bruyant que celui initialement réservé. Le logement était tout de même ok, et nous a permis d'être très bien localisé pour visiter rome. Petit déjeuner croissant / café / jus d'orange dans un bar de la rue coronarei léger mais ok.

NIghtmare.
We booked this hotel, took a 12 EURO taxi from our previous hotel, only to arrive and were told that the hotel had an electrical problem with only our room and that we were being relocated to another hotel in the city. When we asked how far it was- the woman said "Just 200 meters- really quick walk" Then her staff member proceeded to walk with us and our HEAVY bags for over 1 KILOMETER- completely sweating to our new hotel, which was ironically about 40 meters from our previous hotel. The new hotel tried very hard and was fine, but the service we received from Top Floor was shady, inaccurate and I cannot recommend their service. No one reimbursed us for our taxi fare, or our wasted time. Thumbs down.

Fräscht och nytt
Ligger jätte bra och privat brevid Piazza Navona och väldigt nära allt annat också. Mysiga och väldigt fina rum, hittar inget negativt att säga om själva hotellet förutom att frukosten inte är på hotellet och består av croissant/macka och kaffe. Men hotellet är nytt och förklaringen va att dem inte hade fått ordning på frukosten än.

Et nyt og lækkert værelse med god beliggenhed
Top Floor Navonas placering gør det muligt at gå til og fra alle Roms største seværdigheder. Hotellet ligger tæt på Piazza Navona, som er omgivet af mange hyggelige restauranter. Vores værelse var nyt og lækkert med aircondition og rengøring hver dag. Desuden fulgte gratis morgenmad med i købet, som bestod af en autentisk klassisk italiensk morgenmad med en sukret croissant og en stærk kop kaffe. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, som klart kan anbefales.
