“This was a great property for our friends getaway visit to Austin. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was the perfect location for a weekend visit for a concert at Emo’s on Friday night and floating the San Marcos River on Saturday, while still very close to all the other things to see and do in Austin. Highly recommended. ”

“We had a great experience renting all 3 bottom units for the week and an additional upstairs unit for a few extra days. The venue was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We stayed over the Christmas holiday so the venue's bars and stages were closed during most of our stay, but be aware it can get loud at night when fully open and from neighboring bars. Really enjoyed the space and hospitality overall. Having the live music and smores on our last night was a perfect ending! ”

“My sister and I came for a girls weekend. It was more than what we expected. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. The property feel safe and peaceful.
