“Second year we have stayed at this place and we love it!! Nice layout, comfy, great internet and lots of parking. Cannot recommend it highly enough!! Wish I could give it 10 stars instead of 5. If there is a downside... Only has a 2 slice toaster ...get over it!...lol”

“This was my third time at this property. It has been wonderful every time. Located in a quiet part of town, with a nice view of the surrounding landscape. Comfortable bed and very clean. Just be aware there isn't a full kitchen, but the listing makes that clear. I will definitely be back.”

“Communication with owner eas great. We had 2 issues and he resolved them right away. Carportbwas a nice touch. Washer and dryer looked fairly new. Nice to have full size refrigerator. Very close to Bryce. I think the couch was a hide-a-bed and was hard to get up for teo old people! Enjoyed our stay. A lot around the area to enjoy.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay! The views from the house are stellar, it's easy driving to many hikes in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, and just a 10 minute drive into the town of Escalante. While it's close to Route 12, you can't hear any traffic from inside the house and there aren't any nearby neighbors. Laura was responsive to texts to help me get settled when I first arrived, and instructions throughout the house were very clear about how things work. Altogether a...

“This house is even more amazing than pictured. It's beautiful inside. The house was very clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen is very well stocked. And the view - just beautiful. We loved sitting in the backyard and on the patios. I've been telling everyone about this house. If you're planning a trip to Bryce Canyon, this home is perfect!”

“The property is a short drive away from Bryce Canyon and the town of Panguitch. The home has a large deck that is great for sitting outside to enjoy the views of the mountains and red rocks and to look at the stars at night. Check-in was simple and easy. The kitchen had all of the necessities but the home does not have a dishwasher.”
