“Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. ”

“The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again.”

“excellent hotel. The only issue was that they could not exchange currency because they did not have licence. Other matter to be improved is that the minibar was empty. But excellent room, nice restaurant, modern look and good location. I will defenetely go back.”

“Stayed here for a total of 2 weeks with my partner. Buffet breakfast good. Friendly staff. Dislike over charging during the 2nd week. Booked the same room but accidentally booked for 1 person instead of 2. So got charged a alot extra to essentially get a 2nd towel... And got accused of taking 2 teaspoons. That house keeping forgot to replace. Plenty of other places to stay.”

“Pretty solid choice. I am extremely noise sensitive and the hotel is on a very busy street so ask for a high floor quiet facing room. I could occasionally hear some traffic but didn't bother me so probably won't bother you. Very powerful somewhat loud aircon and like most hotels the control panel was hard to figure out but I eventually did and got the fan low enough to not be noisy.
