Perfection!! Lovely cottage, beautiful grounds and proximity to Boerne, just as described. We loved the property and all of the farm animals. Host is very accessible and communicative. Appreciate such a great place allowing us to bring our pups! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely farm cottage with so many clever & cute touches. Charming antiques but comfortable furnishings. Everything you could need. Excellent shower, good wireless and smart TV. Bourne is close easy drive where the shopping is fine and the conveniences are all there.The lane leading to the cottage is rough but not impossible. Loved the assorted farm animals close by.

My wife and I were only in town for 2 days. I chose this property just because we are always disappointed with hotels. What a win! The place was immacukate! FUN! AND THE HOSTS WERE SO ACCOMODATING. THIS IS A MUST STAY.

Kingsby Cottage

Kingsby Cottage is a wonderful place to stay for a visit to the Texas hill country. The setting of the cottage is beautiful and bucolic, within easy driving distance of Boerne shops and restaurants. We loved the greetings of the sheep and colorful chickens every day. Check-in and check-out was seamless, and the property manager quickly answered any questions we had. The cottage was spacious, lovely and perfect for our needs.

Lovely cottage

The cottage is lovely, just perfect place to stay. The chickens are great. peewee the littlest rooster is great, baby as i called her is a very friendly chicken, Great the goat is so sweet to see every day. And they all greet you when you come home. We even had a baby lamb born while we were there. Will be back Mat the owner is also very wonderful and his worker. They make you feel at home. Just love Boerne

Cozy & Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay. The property and cottage are so peaceful. Loved the decor in the cottage and the bed and pillows are so comfortable. It's very spacious and had everything we needed. The sheep, goats and chickens were an added bonus. Great views and privacy.I hope to stay there again.

Just Fabulous!

we stayed on property for 4 months and and enjoyed everyday...goats,chickens,sheep and a few deer roam the 6 acre property and 1 bedroom cabin is amazing..highly recommend..

Cozy cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The house had everything you would need and it was so clean and cozy. Bed and pillows were comfy. Property management was very responsive. It was nice to see the goats and chickens in the yard every day. Boerne Main Street has a lot of charm, great restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend cottage and hope to come back.

The Kingsby Cottage is as fantastic if you're looking for a place to stay! This was our second time there and we're looking forward to spending many more. Just Beautiful!

We stayed for 3 nights and this place is just awesome. It is very spacious and super clean. Stocked well with towels, body wash, shampoo etc. The shower is just huge loved it. The whole cottage and grounds are just wonderful. The fenced in area was great for my dog and the sheep, goats and chickens were fun. Loved that there was a locked gate. Feels like way out in the country but just 3 miles from town.

Idyllic Property

This property is better than advertised. Very large spaces with everything you need. Location is great, very rural. Great views, plenty of room and complete privacy. I stay in many vrbos fairing work travel and this has to be my favorite.

Every Reason to Stay

What a beautiful place to stay! The Kingsby cottage had everything you could hope for - the interior was stunning and it was filled with quality throughout from the silverware in the kitchen, to the piping and porcelin in the bathroom and the furniture and table ware in the living and dining room. If you're looking for the right place to stay, this is it. By the way, the scenery outside was icing on the cake.
