Easy and Delightful Stay

This place is great! Clean, well appointed, and close to so many Boerne attractions. A few things to call out for fellow travelers: - The pool has a fence and tall gate that only adults can reach to open; made me feel a lot better about staying there with two little kids. - The pool isn't huge, but was great for our family of four. And, it's lined with a smooth material - not rough concrete - which was new to me and really comfortable. There's a bench along one entire long side of the pool with stairs on both ends, and the rest of the pool has a small lip about a foot and a half from the top that seems like a safety feature - I liked it! - The beds are very VERY comfortable. I had to take a picture of the mattress to remember the brand. - The place had some extra condiments in the fridge and a few pantry staples and spices - really helpful. - There was extra sun screen and two little kid life vests. - The left upstairs bedroom stayed noticeably cooler than the right upstairs bedroom; just an FYI for deciding who sleeps where. - Contact-free checkin and checkout; it's a keypad so we just showed up and left, easy as pie.

This is such a great place! We enjoyed ourselves so much and we hope to go back on our next trip to Boerne. I HIGHLY recommend. Don’t walk, run to book your stay.

Lovely, clean, easy access to d'town Boerne. Beautiful property. Hunter was very receptive to take care of our requests (pool floaties, propane tank, etc.). Will stay here again!

Lovely Family Trip

House was just as described - open, lots of windows and natural light, nice kitchen set up. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Outdoor space great for hanging out. Quick to downtown area.

Perfect Get Away

This property is excellent! If you are looking for a private and relaxing retreat, look no further! My family of 6 enjoyed the private pool and amazing outdoor living space. The beds were very comfortable featuring Pottery Barn bedding and extra pillows. The kitchen has everything you need! Paper goods such as paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper were well stocked. They even provided beach towels for use during our stay. We brought our own basketball and had fun using the basketball hoop in the backyard. The property owner was super responsive. We will definitely rent this property again!

Lovely house with pool

We were on a girls trip and loved floating in the pool every afternoon. A handrail at the pool would be helpful for older folks like us. The owner helped us quickly when we got locked out one day. The house is very nice. The kitchen is fabulous. We were pleased to find things we needed like detergent, spices, creamer etc. already there. The stairs are a little scary but we did OK.

Exceptional Property just as described

From first entry to leaving we were delighted with the property. Very clean, excellent equipment, good sized bedrooms all topped off with the excellent outside area and stunning pool. Location is great for an easy walk into Bourne.

Hill country retreat

Check-in was easy and the information was communicated before arrival. The property was extremely clean and smelling fresh. The house is stocked with everything you need, from trash bags to bags of ice. The owner is considerably gracious in providing many welcomed amentities. The pool area had a covered patio with ceiling fans, a grill, chairs and a love seat. The pool was well maintained and clean. Communication with the owner was met with speedy replies. 10/10. Great stay

Perfect place to stay

This house was fantastic! We traveled from Oregon to visit our daughter in Texas and this was the perfect place to stay. The home was nice and open and had everything we needed and the beds were absolutely comfortable! The pool was awesome. The weather was so hot while we visited and it was the perfect hang out place. The host checked in on us and was very helpful.

Fabulous Stay In Boerne!

The photos online do not do this gorgeous home justice! There is so much space and storage in the kitchen/pantry/laundry area! The inside of the home was spotless and so beautiful. The backyard was an absolute sanctuary! The pool and landscaping were simply fabulous! There is so much space in the outdoor area and the sense of privacy the vegetation creates is WONDERFUL!!! This was a girls' weekend get away and we can't WAIT to come back again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!

A quiet neighborhood, a tranquil backyard and a nicely appointed home made for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed strolling the short distance to downtown, cooking out on the grill and dining beside the pool.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this property last summer. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time, we decided to come back. Hunter is a great host and the property was just as we remembered. Summer Fun

We had a great time during our stay. It was super hot in Boerne the five days we were there and the shaded pool was a big hit in the evening. The beds were super comfy and the house very clean. Thank you again Hunter.
