Retiro contemporáneo recientemente remodelado pero acogedor con patio privado

Cabaña contemporánea recientemente remodelada en el corazón de Pacific Beach / Crown Point que hemos puesto a disposición de los turistas que aman San Diego tanto como nosotros. A solo 3 cuadras de Fanual Park y Sail Bay, disfrute de kayak, paddle, vela, esquí acuático, andar en bicicleta o un paseo panorámico a lo largo de las 15 millas de paseo marítimo que envuelve la bahía y a lo largo de Mission y Pacific Beach. También estamos a solo 7 cuadras de la playa, donde puedes disfrutar de boogie boarding, surf o leer un libro.

Este es un refugio contemporáneo pero acogedor con un patio privado, lavadora y secadora apiladas privadas, 1 estacionamiento, pisos de madera, refrigerador de acero inoxidable, encimeras de Corian, estufa de acero inoxidable, lavaplatos, cocina y baño nuevos, WIFI, TV de pantalla plana grande, DVD reproductor, parrilla de gas al aire libre, tablas de surf, sillas de playa, toallas de playa, refrigerador, ropa de cama, secador de cabello, plancha y tabla de planchar, tostadora, cafetera, cama grande, espejo de cuerpo entero, mucho espacio de almacenamiento y todas las comodidades que necesita. Necesito disfrutar de tu estancia. Perfecto para alguien que busca un hogar lejos del hogar.

A solo minutos de SeaWorld, el mundialmente famoso zoológico de San Diego, Balboa Park, Old Town con sus excelentes restaurantes mexicanos, Belmont Park y su auténtica montaña rusa de madera de 1920, SeaPort Village, el GasLamp Quarter del centro de San Diego, el Centro de Convenciones y Petco Park .

A media hora de LegoLand, a 40 minutos de The Wild Animal Park, a 75 minutos de la pintoresca ciudad histórica de la fiebre del oro de Julian, en las montañas, y otros 30 minutos más allá se encuentra el hermoso Parque Estatal del Desierto Anza Borrego. Incluso Disneyland y Knott's Berry Farm se pueden hacer como excursiones de un día. México está a solo 25 minutos.

Perfect for a little getaway!

My husband and I came for a night and just needed a small quaint place for the two of us and this was perfect! Very clean cottage, nice neighborhood, and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

End of our trip of a lifetime

We arrived back in the States from our Australia/New Zealand trip and were visiting with family in San Diego. We enjoyed the location close to the beach and had everything we needed.

Great location in Pacific Beach—short walk to the beach, close to the airport. Nicely remodeled —everything you need —with parking on site and a nice patio in the back as a bonus!

Perfect apartment and great location

Great stay in Crown Point

Great place to stay in Crown Point. Short three block walk to the bay, which was super peaceful. The place, as advertised, is small but perfect for two people, and the outdoor space was really nice and comfortable. We had beautiful weather and spent any time we were at the unit during the day outside. Really nice to have a parking spot to come home to at night, too.

Adorable clean cottage!

Very nice small cottage. Easy to find and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. No air conditioning but plenty of fans provided. Would definitely stay again.

Honeymoon Bliss

My husband and I spent the week here for our honeymoon in San Diego. The property was beautiful and exactly as listed/pictured. It was a nice walk to the beach and an even shorter one to the bay where we got to watch the SeaWorld fireworks at night! Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a short drive to many tourist attractions in San Diego. Would definitely recommend to any couple looking to stay in the area!

So cute!!

This stay was absolutely adorable. The interior was so clean, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! Definitely feels spacious given the size of the property. The outdoor seating area is very spacious and such a great aspect to enjoy! Location was mere blocks from the beach and a prime location. My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! Thank you!

Easily accessible to the Bay. Lovely drive throughout the area. Downtown was not far. Holiday traffic time versus regular commuter time so the timing of our stay worked well even for the airports, that being day after Christmas to day after New Year. YearGreat to

Extremely Accommodating

We loved our stay at Renee's property. Less than a mile from Pacific Beach, about 2 or 3 miles to Belmont Park. Everything was very close. Although our stay was short, Renee was extremely accommodating in helping me setup a small surprise decoration for my wife. The property itself was clean and cozy, had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book with Renee again. Thanks for having us!

Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay. Because it's a rental property and not someone's home it wasn't filled with knick knacks. It was nice and clean and everything worked perfectly. As others have noted in their reviews, the living room seating is extremely uncomfortable and could really use an upgrade. But the bed was delightful and the shower was outstanding. The kitchen had everything we needed except perhaps it could use a larger frying pan. We felt safe and cozy in this little cottage. Great location. Thank you very much.

Great little cottage close to the beach

A wonderful little cottage so close to the beach, perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. While cozy, it has all the room one would need to sleep, chill and cook - we used the kitchen quite extensively and greatly appreciated the tools available. It was great being able to walk to all of our favorite haunts, too!The only reason this didn't give 5 stars was the noise from a neighbor or neighbors - I don't hold the host responsible, but overall it did affect our sleep. Ideally this is not something that occurs often, it may have just been our bad luck. Don't let it stop you from enjoying a great place in Pacific Beach.

Cooking

The property was nicely appointed and in a great location. Having onsite parking was a bonus. The pots and pans for cooking was less than adequate. The owner should invest in better pans etc. The only pan to cook an egg was too small and the non stick was worn out. NOT GOOD from a safety point of view.

Nice place Horrible weather

With rainy cold weather we were super lucky we chose these accommodations . The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove to heat up soap. The shower had hot hot water and the bed was comfy fort napping! Comfortable coach with electric fireplace and excellent TV with wide variety of channels. Small space however the layout was maximized for functionality!

Excellent stay

The property was situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, which was easily walkable to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and the farmers' market. The kitchen was well equipped so we cooked most of our meals. Before I arrived I asked Renee if there was a blender and she ordered one for me to make smoothies in the morning. Renee was very nice and available for any questions. My husband and I have been visiting this area twice a year for 8 years and have stayed at many different locations and this was by far one of our favorites. I will most definitely contact Renee for future stays.
