The host was inattentive. I messaged several times and only literally heard back once about what the property managers hours are which by the way is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and if you need anything after that good luck. But that's not to say that he won't show up at 11:30 p.m. trying to fix the problem when you're already in bed. One of the showers were leaking the entire time which I did report to the property manager. A couple of the rooms smelt very musty almost moldy. The roof leaked there was mold in three different rooms. Surprisingly the rooms that smelled musty did not have the mold in them three separate rooms. All of the mattress protectors looked like there was piss on them. The hot tub didn't work and didn't get fixed until literally the evening before we left. The dishwasher had issues and they had to send someone over to fix that. The power went out at 3:15 a.m. and nobody would answer their phone because the generator tried to come on but then popped so we had no power which means we couldn't get out of the house because we had two rental cars and they were in the garage with no way to get out. It has been a nightmare of an experience. I definitely had a much better stay the last time this time was no bueno
