“Will definitely stay here during my next visit to Guatemala. The hand off was very efficient and smooth. The owner Felix and Lucas the porter communicated very well! The house was central to a lot of places. Very easy to walk to catch a lancha or for food. Would advise everyone to book this house for their stay!”

“Good points: -The house seems to be a relatively new construction . -The second floor room has a decent view to watch the sunrise. But the house is not in the lake. -The kitchen was well equipped. Regular points : -Lots of Construction around that starts at 6:45AM - From the main road to the house is dirt and rocks so You have to carry your suitcases. -Far from the embarcadero or main are in town, a good 30 minutes walk or 10 minute Tuck Tuck that cost Q10/ $2 US quetzales per person...

“The area: The title of the listing said "San Pedro, La Laguna." After we were already in Guatemala, and were trying to figure out where we were headed next, we noticed that the address said Santa Cruz. However, after some trouble, we realized that the house was in Tzunana. Right off the bat, this felt mis-leading. The owner said that the description said Tzunana, but not knowing the area, we relied heavily on the title of the property that very specifically stated it was in San Pedro! The...
