“On arriving at Kingsville to check in, having booked through Hotels.com months in advance and my reservation was confirmed, I was told by reception on arrival that they had no reservation for me, total nightmare, the staff couldn't have cared less, I had to find alternative accommodation during one of the most busiest times on the island, I would not recommend Kingsville Apartments under any circumstances.”

“This property is very very nice and everyone we dealt with was friendly and accommodating. We loved that the property has air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. Loved the screened windows. Loved the area. We felt safe and secure. Also, I really enjoyed drinking the natural spring water every day.
