“The hotel/residences was amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and had plenty of storage. The pool areas were so lovely, with really friendly and helpful staff, and the private beach was stunning. All staff in the hotel were friendly, professional and went the extra mile. Particularly Salvatore in the restaurant and Julia in the bar. The food in the Pura restaurant was amazing. Theodor Falser, the Michelin chef introduced himself and sat and chatted for a while. We had a perfect stay. ”

“The room was not cleaned any day. They told us that it is an Italian regulation, but is not true. One of the days there was no hot water, so we couldn't take a shower. They told us there was a problem in the boiler. They didn't change our garbage bag, unless we left it outside at the door”
