“Great location!”

“Gorgeous home and property with stunning views literally from every direction. Love it so much that we have decided to book again. Thank you to our host for such a wonderful stay.”

“The checking was a little hassle. Was told it was okay to check in at 230 but had to wait till actual 3. Everything was covered in dog hair and lent. Walking in the house had a bad smell. The place wasn’t heating up. It was cold in the back room even with heater running. The couch had stains on it, Had to sweep and wipe down surfaces because of the dog hair. Sheets had hair on it. ”

“Kristen is an excellent host. She responded to my communications very timely. This property is an example of "You get what You pay for". In Real Estate that means "Location, Location, Location". This property lets you enjoy the Festival with the comforts of Being at Your Home. Host is very accommodating. The property (Inside & Out) are Clean and Spacious. We do hope to return to this property.”

“Casa Bonita is a beautiful property in the equally beautiful village of Corrales, New Mexico. The house was spotless and had all the amenities (and more) that we needed. Everything was well organized and easy to find. We especially enjoyed the location which was rural and quiet and yet near to the attractions of Albuquerque.”

“Very quiet neighborhood with easy spacious parking. Check in and check out were a bit light on details on what and how to do, but no big issues. I suggest that more post booking details on the VRBO website and consider including a binder in the rental on how to check out and other local details. Glad there were notes on the light switches on what switch did what - it has been annoying with our past bookings. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was well stocked with goodies - the best...

“We really enjoyed our time together there for thanksgiving weekend!! With 3 families all together and plenty of elbow room!! Large house with plenty of room, comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchens! It’s a quiet country home! We enjoyed the outside patio and chimenea! ”

“The house has a lot of character and is in a quiet location, perfect for our purposes. However there is quite a lot of deferred maintenance around the property -- broken dishwasher (one of two were functioning), barely functioning dryer, cracks in the walls, etc. The outside patios were not well kept. There were ropes hanging down and the chairs were dispersed everywhere. The floors were generally dirty and the bathrooms were not very clean. At the very least the beds were very comfortable and...

“Simple and straightforward stay, no hassles at all!”

“Lovely stay”

“Wonderful property and host! Great location and very comfortable property!”

“Beautiful property. Sad we only had one night. My only complaint were the mini splits. Very low air flow, and the unit in the bedroom makes a noticeable noise. Would be great if there were some stand-up fans to circulate air in the unit.”

“Thank you so much for the very comfortable stay. We stay here every year and it all works perfect for our needs.”

“We had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful, spacious and memorable time at this well appointed vrbo. We will definitely be back to this specific vrbo as the location was ideal and close to family.”

“We loved our stay, it is so cozy! We will definitely book again! Communication is fabulous!”

“Comfortable no book for check in our instruction for check out.”
