“When I want a quick Costa Rican vacation I always stay within Reserva Conchal where this unit is located. The unit is simply fantastic. It has everything you need in the house including laundry. The home was clean, the host was very responsive for the one small issue we had and overall the place was fantastic and well priced.The only thing I wish the unit had was a BBQ on the patio, but there is one at the pool which we used while we waited out the rain. Overall I would highly recommend this...

“Our family of six (wife, myself, parents and two teenagers) stayed in the penthouse for 10 days. It feels more spacious than the pictures shown and the view is spectacular. Every morning family members would find themselves with a cup of coffee or juice on the lanai and every afternoon a beer or cocktail sitting outside and staring out at the waves. Pros: Near to restaurants, activities and beaches. Playa Flamingo Marina 10 minutes away with Surf Box restaurant and Planet Dolphin Catamaran trip....

“This penthouse is a great spot. It's location is just perfect, right outside the crowd of the town and yet still very close to everything we needed. The place is comfortable, clean and spacious.The property manager was very reaponsive, to the few concerns/issues we had. She was on top of everything.
