When we arrived on our first night at 5 pm the door code nor the garage code did not work. We could not get in the house. Called guest services and she told me she would get someone to us to open up. She called us back a little later and said a locksmith was coming. We called back at hour two of waiting and she said the locksmith was tied up and will be to us shortly. At three hours of waiting I called guest services back and told them we were going to get dinner and the locksmith can unlock the door when he gets there. When we sat down to eat after ordering she called back and said the locksmith was there but could not open the door unless we were there. I left my family at the restaurant and returned to the house. We finally got in the house 4 hrs after we arrived. We had cold food that was lost due to not getting in as well. Also had to box my dinner at the restaurant. The next morning we figured out the key for the garage and the door code did not work to get to the golf cart. Called guest services again which the lady brought us keys to get in. As far as the house it was comfortable other than the master bed was so noisy any movement could be heard throughout the house. The loft where the kids slept was extremely hot. Also, the water pressure was pretty low in the shower! Shae - with guest services was very nice and helpful and trying to help do everything she could!
