Spring break

We had a great stay at this house for spring break. The management company was excellent, responsive, helpful, and allowed us to check in early, which was a huge plus. Any small issues we had were handled quickly and professionally. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the square and the beach. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back.

Very nice stay

House was really beautiful and well maintained. House manager was great. Only issue was lots of construction noises in the surrounding houses as this block is just being built. And the street is really rough. Assume they will pave after completion. But the house itself was lovely.

Fantastic home for large family functions

Beautiful home with well stocked kitchen. The family room is very large with plenty of seating for large families. Very close to Seaside central. No complaints at all.

A week In Paradise

The home was beautiful. Everything worked perfectly and it was very open so each person had their space. Parking was ample and we were within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The shopping was great for every age we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful week. Weather was perfect and we even had time for deep-sea fishing and parasailing! We will definitely be back!!

More than we imagined!

This property was amazing! First, the size easily accommodated our large family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and plentiful, and living room, game room, and decks with various sitting spaces were exceptional. And the kitchen! Two dishwashers and sinks, huge fridge/freezer, huge gas range and double oven, and more than enough plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and silverware for our large group. The kitchen was also spacious enough to allow multiple people in it at one time. The golfcart and bicycles allowed for more fun adventures. The heated pool was perfect for a relaxing time during the cold spell that occurred while we were there. The game room provided hours of fun, especially for our teens and their dads. When we were unable to get the TVs to work, the technician came quickly and remedied the problem. We realized that there were no clocks on the walls--the perfect detail for an unscheduled break from the routine! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great house - awesome location!

We had 2 families staying here. Great house - the only thing is the bedroom lay out was a little strange. The master bedroom opens directly into the bunk room on the 3rd floor. So was hard trying to figure out where everyone would sleep. But otherwise we loved it! The downstairs game room was great and we used the pool everyday after the beach. The 2nd floor kitchen & living room were awesome. And LOVED the location! Walked to beach. So close to tennis and to Seaside. Easy!

AMAZING VACATION

This was our families first trip to Seaside and it was amazing! This house was beautiful and we loved all of the amenities! The location couldn't have been better! So conveniently located about 1/2 mile to all of the shopping and food trucks. The house came with bikes and a golf cart which we used almost daily! The rooms were perfect for our entire family! The pool was also a favorite spot and was beautiful! Plenty of washers and dryers for our large family and the game room downstairs was a great space too! I would definitely stay at this home again! We had some issues with the house during our stay but the team at 360 Blue managed them all quickly and resolved them! The only thing i would suggest is better beds. The bed in the master sunk in and i couldn't sleep in it. I had to move to the bunk room. Other couples said their beds were extremely soft, also. Soft to the point of not being comfortable. And the fan in the upstairs bunk room is very very noisy especially at night when everything is silent. It rattled. Other than those things we had the best time and would definitely rent this property again!

Fantastic stay!

This place was incredible. The location was excellent and the hosts did a great job communicating and making our stay absolutely perfect. 360 blue properties will now be my go to for vacation home rentals in the future. This home in particular was outstanding and I could not have found a better property for my friends and me. Amenities were top notch and the concierge was easy to reach and helped with any needs we had.
