Nice home but needs a little TLC
We stayed in this house last summer and enjoyed it so much, so we decided to rent it again. The location is great and the house is nice, but there was definitely wear and tear since we stayed in it the first time. One of the kitchen cabinets was unhinged, the kitchen sink disposal didn’t work, there weren’t enough washcloths, there was only one hairdryer when there should have been three. Also, the front tires on the golf cart need to be replaced - there is practically zero tread on them. All minor things, but it just didn’t seem as well-appointed as it was last summer. We paid 50% more this summer, so it was frustrating to pay a lot more for not the same experience. It’s a great house, but just not the same level we expected based on our stay last summer.
