Fabulous amenities in Watercolor, be aware of this property!!
I arrived for our family vacation to see the screen door was filthy, the porch swing covering was soiled, the porch chairs were dirty! Definitely a bad first impression! The living room furniture was something I would expect to see in a low level chain motel with soiled couch cushions, stained chairs and stained carpet!, The side porches had not been cleaned either. The kitchen and bathrooms were all very clean. The management did respond to my texts, covering the couch with blankets and the next day cleaning the chairs and carpet, as much as they could.
Watercolor is a fabulous area, with so many fun things to do with your family!
Make sure that this unit has replaced the furniture before you pay for the it! There is a huge disconnect between the property management team and the expectations of what a renter is expecting and the quality of furnishings the home owner has supplied. This unit should not be rented until all of the furniture has been replaced. I was told the homeowners were in the process of replacing the couch.
