“Lindo hotel”

“Overall the hotel is fine, but we had a dissapointing experience upon our arrival. The room that was appoitend to us smelled really badly like cigarettes (in a way that it was like entering an ash tray). When we complained to the staff about this, their reply was: 'just open the windows and spray some deodorant'. Only after I then threatened to cancel and to find a different hotel, they found a solution and gave us another room. To me this is not 4 star client friendly service. Overall I wiuld...

“Amazing hotel with fantastic personnel. The attention received is extraordinary. We felt so welcome by all staff, we are already considering going back next year.”

“Hotel nuevo, buenas instalaciones, buen desayuno y excelente restaurant”

“Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Check-in was effortless. Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise.

“It is not a 4 star hotel… the shower was rusty, the walls are paper thin and you can’t regulate the temperature… it should be a 3 star hotel ”

“Very nice boutique hotel. We stayed in the pool suite. The pool was very beautiful with great view of orchards and ocean. The sauna was very. Steam shower was not working properly and shower doors kept getting stuck to open. The room gets very hot because of orientation. A/C only works if you call the lobby the controls did not work in the room. Overall nice spaciouse rooms with minor details with the shower doors and A/C”

“The View to Mount Etna was the best, the garden house was well looked after so you enjoy the green areas and the calmness there. wished to spend more time there but had plans to go out for most of the day so was good overall. would definitely recommend it for couples who want to escape the city and enjoy the view.”

“Personal”
