“I concur with all of the positive reviews which are accurate in their descriptions. The bed is a great couple’s bed, super comfy. We loved having the whole of the large bottom deck to ourselves for breakfast in the morning, and glasses of wine at night. As of June, 2026, both cell service and WiFi aren’t great, so I recommend downloading everything (playlists, maps, movies) ahead of time. As most everyone has correctly mentioned, Debi is a fantastic and thoughtful host. We’ll be coming back...

“Such a fun, relaxing anniversary getaway! This place was so secluded and relaxing. The cottage is cozy and the hot tub was a huge plus. The only thing is the hot tub is not quite as private as we thought it would be. There’s a house next door and a few cars drove right by even though nobody looked over. You have to put out an awning to make it private from the residents above. The hosts were awesome! Welcomed us and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay again!”

“My daughter's apartment in Asheville was made unlivable by Hurricane Helene. Monika worked with us to rent the property for a month while my daughter got back on her feet. Her regular local check-ins with my daughter helped us all through a tough situation.”
