“Excellent communication from Helen, she always replied really quickly and was very helpful. The barn was lovely, such a peaceful location and the hot tub was amazing! We loved using thr pool table and the table tennis table and we had some great bbqs. We walked into Eye one day and drove to Framlingham one day, both are worth a visit. We loved the little dog, Raf, who kept coming to see us. He was a great playmate for our dog! We had such a great time and loved the barn and facilities so much...

“The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. “Despite a small mix up with the cleaners not having been booked in (and finding a rotting banana skin in the bedroom drawer even after the cleaners had been in!), the accommodation contains everything you need and is perfect for a family break. Could do with a more detailed information pack perhaps with some details of local attractions. It was really expensive to go swimming. (think we paid about £17 for 4 of us to use the pool for 45 minutes). But its a nice central location and a pleasant...

“We really enjoyed our stay at Rubblestone Cottage. The cottage was warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. A cosy living room with a window that looks over the meadow, which allows you to watch the visiting wildlife. Main bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.
