“We loved Jo's place. Very comfortable, and "easy to operate" because she gives great instructions. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed a bonfire out back, and spent a lot of time on the back porch, or in front of the stone fireplace. We made all of our breakfasts and a few meal there. The kitchen is well stocked with useful tools and appliances. Highly recommend it to anyone!”

“We loved staying at Little Bear Lodge. We had 2 couples and enjoyed each having our own space for sleeping, but also ample space to hang out together. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great. We enjoyed being able to see Lake Superior and lots of trees...a highlight was seeing a rainbow over the lake one afternoon. Tucked away in a remote, quiet spot on a peaceful lake, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after exploring all the amazing sights and activities the North Shore has to offer.Getting there involved a bit of a drive down winding dirt roads—but what we thought would be a hassle quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day.
