“Although it said seaview room, this did not happen. Beds were clean and comfy. We were put in a disable room (that none of us needed) there was a trip hazard with carpet between bedroom & bathroom. The wet room which had poor drainage and after 3 people showered the water flooded the whole bathroom. Without us putting down towels water would have seeped into bedroom. During our 3 night stay there was no change of towels or beds made although someone had been in the room to empty bins. For...

“Lovely staff, presentable common areas, breakfast choices limited but a freshly cooked breakfast is offered. Unfortunately the rooms are super dated and old fashioned for a premium price over £150 per night. In the uk they would struggle to get £60 per night.”
