“When we entered there was a handwritten thank you note and a cute little pancake syrup/mix gift. This place was great for our family of 5. More than enough room. I loved the decor and sitting out on the deck was great. It was immaculate. For a mulit-unit home it was surprisingly quiet. The AC was in the main part of the open concept kitchen/living room. There weren't ACs in the 2 bedrooms but I imagine the main unit would cool down the whole place if need be. We happened to have 2 cool summer...

“Perfect location to Hampton where you are not in the craziness of Hampton just outside of it. The walk to Hampton Beach State Park was quick and easy. Even the beaches at Seabrook are nice! Just a note to others as I was not aware, you have parking at the house but if you drive into Hampton you have to pay for parking everywhere! ”

“Great stay! Everything we needed and the host was very communicative and available when needed. Just know there is only one AC unit in the whole place, which does work very well. Just good to know going in that the bedrooms don't have one. If you are able to leave the doors open, it stays cool but if you have to close them then it can warm up. Overall we still loved the place and location and would love to stay again! ”
