“The property is spacious and is well placed for access to the town.However we found the lack of parking to be an added anxiety at the end of the day. Although told we could park in Co-op the signs said it closed with the shop at 8pm so we didn't risk it.Also the windows were extremely hard to open and close and didn't provide any noise reduction from the the very busy road. “Well-equipped, comfortable modern property with easy car parking. Fully equipped kitchen, Sky TV and strong wifi connection. Well- located for reaching the main destinations, but nowhere is far on the Isle of Wight. Bus stops nearby. Deck chairs provided in the cupboard under the stairs: ideal for sitting in the courtyard outside. Bed is extremely comfortable.”

The biggest shame for us was the privacy glass. We chose this house for the views as my mother had an operation and needed to rest while we had fun. “We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8. The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!”
