But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! The room was wonderful and quiet and just as pictured. Right along a quiet creek and at the end of a quiet street. You can walk to town which is helpful because traffic is insane. Nice small kitchen stocked with essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute but knats

Cute place and close to everything but I got creeps out by the ring camera on the hot tub. Also I requested the upper walkway lights be off because there were thousands of knats swarming right by the front door and this was never granted. Two nights in a row we couldn’t go outside because of the knats. They got into the room and covered our bed.

Great Hideaway

This little gem is a perfect spot for couples or friends. Its off the beaten path and away from the crowds, but takes less than five minutes to get to town and close to several iking trails, shopping, and restaurants.The babbling brook and wooded setting provide a picturesque retreat. We would definitely recommend the Creekside.

Exactly as pictured!

The space was lovely, as well as the outdoor areas. We loved sitting by the creek. It’s close to everything, but you would never know it. It was so quiet and peaceful. Just a few things could be better- the bed needs a new mattress and sounds loose. It was super lumpy, as well as the pillows. The hot water in the shower is difficult to turn off completely. The fire/smoke detector is also missing. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick weekend away

Unfortunately weather kept us from using the property. Heater was underwhelming. It never fully functioned despite a visit from maintenance who told us that it had to be on ‘auto’ to work. The output never changed despite his insistence. Property was as advertised and in better weather the heater would likely not be an issue.

Great experience

Overall we really enjoyed this property! It looked exactly like the photos, was cute, clean, the hot tubs around the property were great, and the location was amazing. We were super close to town, and loved being tucked in next to the creek! We had ZERO complaints. The only thing that caught us off guard was arriving. We didn't see the note about arriving in the dark, it's pretty narrow roads, and windy, so navigating there at night was a little strange, so just be aware of that! Truly though, we loved it, and can't wait to stay again!

Everything but the bed

Pictures of this location were accurate, the water was beautiful, and property was not far from all the fun! There are 2 reasons for an overall rating of a 3. To start I don't enjoy having to pay extra to waive the insurance on this stay. Secondly, the bed was absolutely horrible. It was hard, creaked, and moved when we laid down on it. Both my husband and I woke up sore both mornings from how hard the bed was.

Beautiful and serene

This property is a slam dunk. It’s located near everything but it gives the illusion that you’re far away from it all. The property is well kept. The hot tubs are clean and the creek is amazing.

Perfect weekend stay

This was the perfect location for me—looking for something more quiet and intimate after a day of hiking. I loved being right next to the creek, and it’s certainly not far from all the things Sedona offers. I look forward to another stay in the future!

Beautiful Creekside Room

We had a great time at the 19 Creekside Retreat. It is a beautiful location and it was wonderful the sleep with the windows open listening to the creek. The only downside was that the room smell a little musty.

Wonderful Property

Great for adults and couples looking to stay in the area. The location is right on the creek! Cute, cozy and everything you need for a short stay. My ONLY complaint is the check in process through Superhog, a third party verification company that imposes another $30 “verification” fee. On top of the other fees paid through VRBO. So there is a hidden charge. And a login process that is not intuitive nor helpful. They send you a webpage to login, but with no login. Even when using my email and “forgot password” option. Terrible experience using Superhog. So I probably will not stay here again just because of that process. Otherwise, what a great property.

Sedona Getaway

First time in Sedona for my wife and I. We did a lot of hiking during our 4 night stay here. 5 stars overall. Apartment was perfect for us. Nice kitchen area and seating for late night TV. Loved the waterfall shower head too. Property has 3 hot tubs which showed their age, but were well maintained. Property location is a bit goofy with a narrow drive and difficult to maneuver when arriving in the dark. Property has a beautiful secluded location by a creek and also very close to city center. Although, not close enough to walk there. Definitely would consider returning here for our next trip to Sedona

Cute and Quaint

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. First trip away from our two babies together and we thoroughly enjoyed how quiet it was! Except for one single string of cobweb hanging from the ceiling, the place was clean and enjoyable. We had a small issue finding where we were supposed to place our bag of trash as we couldn't find any dumpsters on property like the instructions had stated. I had text the property manager, she was responsive, but a little too late so we just took it with us. We had seen some trach cans but they were behind a private residence sign so we were unsure if we could use them. We were looking for an actual dumpster. It wasn't that big of deal though since we didn't have a lot of trash. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would stay there again.

This was such a great place to stay! So close to downtown but felt like it was off the beaten path! Perfect little spot! The room was clean and so nice! The owners were easy to contact if needed! We loved it!
