Bella Vista is an incredible house to stay in. Perfect in every way. My wife and I stayed there for a week and we can certainly attest to the cleanliness, comfort, location, and the VIEWS (OMG the VIEWS!!). Communications with Jared before and during our stay were incredible - very helpful and timely. As others have stated - we have stayed in m,nay VRBO's across the world and this is easily one of the best! It was promised to be a 5 star experience and it surpassed that high expectation.

Extremely prompt and detailed communication from host. Beautiful views from the house and back deck and hot tub. House was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend this house for your stay in Sedona.

From the moment we pulled up to the property we were blown away. Everything was exactly as described and the pictures of the property don’t do it justice. Fully (and I mean FULLY) stocked kitchen with anything you could possibly need. It’s the best house we have ever stayed in. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. The deck with gas fire pit ended every day with warmth and views to die for!!! It is located outside of town, making the night sky views so amazing! Short drive to so many neat experiences! If we ever find our way back to Sedona, we will stay in this place every time! The one and only negative is the couch in the living room is not the most comfortable.

Bella Vista was absolutely beautiful! Clean, prime location (10-15 min drive to shopping/main area and hiking trails) and well kept property. It exceeded our expectations and would recommend this place to others.

Everything was perfect from the detailed pre-arrival instructions to the beautiful home with spectacular views! We enjoyed the pool during the days and the hot tub at night and we even has an amazing light show of lightning over the red rocks on the first night there.

We adored staying at this house. The views from every window were incredible. The house was updated, very clean. Plenty of linens, beds were very comfortable. I liked that they include large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was convenient! The pool and hot tub were a favorite part of the house. The property manager was very easy to reach for questions. Would absolutely stay there again!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house was so clean and inviting and had all the great perks like hot tub and pool and the best views of Cathedral Rock! A great location, not too far out from town. but not too close either. Would definitely recommend! 5 stars!

Stunning Views

Beautiful property with stunning views from the living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and included teas, spices, etc. which was a nice touch. The deck furniture was very nice for laying by the pool and for stargazing at night. (We could have used a couple more loungers.) The pool was delightful in the afternoon heat. We had a great time and the home exceded our expectations. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful view - very cool decor

Loved this house. The view from the back deck is incredible. We have a daughter who uses a wheelchair. There are no steps - added bonus we didn't expect. Only negative was the hot water heater didn't keep up with six people, but it wasn't a big deal. Definitely would stay there again

Awesome views, awesome home!

The Bella Vista Sedona is an exquisite home with phenomenal surrounding views of Sedona's breathtaking red rocks. The location is quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds, but still easily accessible to west and uptown Sedona. Red Rock State Park is 1/2 mile down the road. The home itself is lovely and spacious, beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture, gourmet appliances, and designer bathrooms and state of the art fixtures.Jared was an excellent host, responding immediately throughout the reservation and checkout process. We didn’t have any problems, so there was no reason to contact him during our stay.We're looking forward to returning in 2025!

Bella Vista - A wonderful experience

Our stay at the Bella Vista house was the best house rental we have experienced in 20+ years of domestic and international traveling. The house was exactly as described and in a wonderful setting. The setting was peaceful and serene combined with a gorgeous house that met all of our needs. A special thanks to the management team who were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Bella Vista indeed!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in West Sedona. The views are gorgeous from every room. Laying in bed and watching the sunrise over Cathedral Rock was stunning but the view of the full night sky was also breath taking. Every detail from the pool and hot tub to the fully equipped kitchen to the quiet, close to everything, location was on point. Many thanks. I will return some day. Exquisite property.

Family weekend getaway

Everyone in my family love this property! It was beautiful just like the pictures shown. Views were amazing with windows from floor to ceiling if you are sitting inside or out on the balcony. The house is clean, comfortable beds and pillows, nice furnishings with all the amenities you need to feel like home. The decorations were cheerful and relaxing. My teenage kids really enjoy the pool. This location was close to Crescent Moon which was so nice to do some light walks along beautiful relaxing creek.There’s nothing to not like about Bella Vista. Very happy experience and would love to return someday.

My 50th Birthday Celebration

Everything about our stay was 5 stars all around. One of if not the best vacation rentals we have booked. From the cleanliness of the premises to the location to the amenities such as pool and jacuzzi was absolutely perfect. And the views were so serene and well appreciated from almost everywhere in the home. Have to say we didn’t want to leave.

Amazing views!

The property location is perfect! The views are amazing! We wanted to disconnect, decompress and spend quality time as a family, and we did just that! The pool and hot tub were all clean and we had no issues whatsoever with the house. Just one suggestion, add a large breakfast skillet to help cook faster for four hungry boys ☺️. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to be back!

Excellent Sedona Vacation Spot

Bella Vista Sedona was an excellent vacation spot for our family. It's in a prime location and the view was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. After a few days of sightseeing, we really enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi to relax and unwind. You won't regret renting this home!! It was the best place we stayed on our trip "Out West".

Panoramic Paradise: A Spectacular Stay in Sedona

Had an amazing time staying at this property. The views from every angle of the property are nothing short of breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the 360-degree vistas that surround the home. The house itself is both luxurious and comfortable, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Each room is thoughtfully designed to maximize the views, allowing us to enjoy the scenery from sunrise to sunset. The spacious living area, with its large windows, was a favorite spot for lounging and taking in the beauty outside. The outdoor spaces were equally impressive. We spent many evenings on the expansive deck, marveling at the star-filled sky and the peacefulness of the desert night. And we filled our days floating in the pristine pool - imagine swimming in a pool with views of red rocks from every end! The location was ideal, providing easy access to Sedona’s many attractions while still offering a sense of seclusion and privacy. Overall, our stay at this Sedona property was truly amazing. The combination of spectacular views, luxurious accommodations, and convenient location made for an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful interior with awesome views

The view was stunning looking through all the many windows. Every bedroom had an awesome view and patio sliding doors to the deck. We loved the ability to adjust the shades for every window. We didn't get to spend much time on the deck or use the hot tub because the weather was cold and unstable during our visit. We loved the dim-able lighting everywhere !! It made spending time inside very enjoyable. The whole home was beautifully decorated. Since we cooked our meals in the house, we appreciated that the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. The property manager Jared was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him through the VRBO app. One thing we did experience was the driveway to the house. It is a dirt and gravel driveway with a very sharp turn and then a fairly steep incline to the house. However, the view and the house were definitely worth the drive !!
