We loved this place! It was perfect for our family gathering. Loved fireplace, used it a lot. The backyard view was amazing. The pool was not filled, however, when we arrived. I called our host office and she got right on it. By the time we go back from our outing, the pool was being filled so it was ready the next day for us to enjoy! And it was heated for us! We would definitely come back for another stay. The kitchen appliances, cookware and dishes were all top notch, although the ice maker wasn’t working, but ice cube trays were provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Sedona!

Beautiful home with just about everything you would need. We didn't really cook much as I was in vaca mode but the kitchen was very well appointed. We stayed during a stint of crummy weather and were grateful that we had paid for the heating of the pool as it kept our teens entertained for a bit. The views from the house are gorgeous. Almost everything is labeled which we found helpful.

House is in a great location, enjoyed the heated pool and the fireplaces. Could use some updated kitchen cooking pans and utensils. The toaster and Keurig coffee pot did not work, the host brought new ones the night before we checked out. We purchased a frying pan to cook breakfast. Other than those few minor issues we enjoyed the house and our stay.

It was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided, including cozy, spa-like robes that were much appreciated during the cooler weather. The views from all the windows were amazing, and the night sky from the patio was absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Sedona Breeze has been one of the all-around finest properties that we have rented through VRBO! It is a beautiful house that matches perfectly with the surroundings. The kitchen was outfitted wonderfully - the kitchen knives were first rate and there was even a knife sharpener (this is always a beef of mine with rental properties)! A must-experience is breakfast on the patio in the morning (assuming that you are staying in the late summer/early fall) because there is a beloperone ('hummingbird bush') plant that provides excellent entertainment to go along with your meal--the hummies are nonstop. One suggestion: the access to the small patio off the topmost bedroom is configured such that if someone is not paying attention to the latch instructions, they might get locked out with no way down. A regular latch is probably sufficient. Also, it would be useful if there could be a small desk in the great room, preferably close to an outlet. Some of us have to work on vacation!

The property was a great to hang out with family and friends. My only issue was 2 unannounced visits from 3 visitors without any prior notice. Two individuals showed up speaking limited English wanting to enter the property. Additionally on the last day before checking out another individual came to address the pool. Notice would have been nice! Did not feel safe for a few moments due the we did not know who these individuals were!
