The Space

Welcome to Your Sedona Villa!
This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom hilltop retreat is designed for luxury, comfort, and convenience—perfect for groups of up to 10 guests.

Main Floor Bedrooms:
The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, large en-suite bathroom, and private back deck with a soaking tub—your personal spa escape. The second main-floor bedroom offers a king-size bed with easy access to a full bathroom just outside the door.

Lower Level Bedrooms & Flex Space:
Downstairs, you’ll find three additional spacious bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds. Please note: one bedroom and its en-suite bathroom are accessed by walking through another bedroom, making it ideal for families or close friends.
The lower level also features a versatile flex space—a comfortable area to gather, play games, relax, or enjoy a movie night. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Sedona.

Bathrooms:
The home includes four full bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

Living Room:
Unwind in the bright, open living room featuring a large built-in sectional, cozy fireplace, and breathtaking Red Rock views. A Smart TV is available for your use—just log into your favorite streaming services.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, a blender, a crockpot, a toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. A starter supply of pods is included; for ground coffee, please bring filters and your preferred blend.

Laundry:
A washer and dryer are available with a small supply of detergent provided.

WIFI: The home provides high-speed wifi for your use during your stay.

Outdoor Living:
Step outside to enjoy a beautifully landscaped backyard with a hot tub and corn hole set. Dine al fresco on the large deck with seating for your whole group and a BBQ grill—ideal for Sedona sunsets and starry skies.

Guest access
Guests will be granted access with a keypad code. You will have exclusive access to the entire home and backyard beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the day of check-in..
Stairs are required to access the lower level of the home.

Other things to note
While the exterior porch and furniture are thoroughly cleaned after each stay, please be aware that during certain times of the year, wind, weather, native plants, and pollen may result in additional outdoor debris. For your convenience, a broom and basic cleaning supplies are available should you wish to tidy the space during your stay.

Although issues are rare, we cannot guarantee the hot tub/spa will be available throughout your stay due to its complex nature. It is professionally cleaned and maintained by a local spa company. As we are unable to guarantee immediate service for unexpected spa issues, we kindly ask that you do not book the home solely for spa use.

House Rules
No pets, including visiting pets.
No parties or events.
No smoking in or around the property.

Violations of these rules will result in a minimum $100 fine per incident, charged to the booking guest, and may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Extended Stays: Bookings of 14 nights or more will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately from the cleaning fee collected at booking.

Reservation Changes: We accept reservation alteration requests submitted at least 14 days before your original check-in date. Approval is at the host's discretion.
